The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.
