Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The home was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 8 guests. During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

I will be happy to host you in this apartment located on the 2nd and top floor of a building comprising 3 apartments. You will be located in the city center of Guingamp. The accommodation includes a fully equipped living room with TV, a spacious bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet. The bed will be made upon arrival and you will have 2 towels per person. Large 800 m² garden and 300 m² gravel courtyard fully enclosed and secure for children. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, and the beaches of PLOUHA, (16 km) ST QUAY (21 km) Embarcadère ILE DE BREHAT (33 km). Hiking trail 300 m away, supermarket 6 km away in GUINGAMP, train station 8 km away.

Grâces: Quiet farmhouse for 4 people

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.
