Enjoy a stylish experience in the beautiful Laax-Dorf. The newly renovated, modern holiday apartment is located on the south side of Laax Dorf. You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Panorama House in Laax

Newly renovated house right on the edge of the forest, in a beautiful location in Laax. The house offers 3 bedrooms for 2-5 (max. 6) people, a modern kitchen and a living room with fantastic views of the Grisons mountains. The sports bus is only 20 meters from the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the Laax Murschetg valley station - starting point for ski adventures, bike tours or hikes. The house has 2 sun terraces and a balcony so you can enjoy the morning sun and sunset.

Ferienwohnung im Grünen

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room vacation home is located on an alpine pasture, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. The golf course is also not far.

Swiss chalet near Flims

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Small but nice, near the Braunwald cable car

Welcome to our small but cozy apartment in car-free Braunwald! The light-flooded 1-room apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults or a family with 1 child and offers winter and summer outdoor activities right outside the front door. This beautiful apartment is just a 5-7 minute walk from the mountain railway. In addition, the reading café “Bsinti” and a grocery store are nearby, so you have everything you need right at hand.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Very nice attic apartment

This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.
