Quiet and safe neighborhood close to hospital, shopping and restaruants. All bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds and dressers. Attached one-car garage and pet friendly with fenced in back yard. House is equipped with pots and pans, dishes/silverware Keurig and plenty of towels. This is, hands down, my favorite Air B&B that we have ever stayed in. I wish I could transport it to every city I visit! The hosts have thought of everything. The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying all that Midland has to offer. The way they have transformed this Midland historical building into a functional space, while still honoring its history, honestly brought me to tears. The pictures don’t do it justice. My husband could not stop talking about how comfortable the bed was! And the rainfall shower!! I wish we could have stayed for a month. Check in was super easy and their check out process was one of the easiest I have been asked to do. Forget the hotels and do yourself a favor and enjoy a beautiful part of Midland while you visit. We highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place. My wife and I enjoyed the property very much! The pond was amazing and we enjoyed pedaling around on the boat.. it was a very nice getaway. The inside of the house is perfect! Very clean and cozy. Todd is an amazing host and was very friendly and has great communication. Highly recommended to other guests. Great price for such a great location.

Tip was very responsive and very accommodating. I left something behind and Tip was more than willing to get me my belongings back which was much appreciated. The Airbnb is neatly tucked away in some woods and offers serenity and tranquility. I am thoroughly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate once to stay here in the future!

Fantastic location if you have an event at the dow. It was just a short walk - on main roads with sidewalks and cross walks, very safe feeling. We were only there for one night, but we didnt hear any noise in the loft from outside. We didnt use a ton of things in the place but what we did was clean and in good shape. The loft is decorated in a cozy manner, linens and bed were in great shape and comfortable. The couch is one of those perfectly worn in oversized leather ones - very tempting to fall asleep on. Having a private parking spot right outside our door was very nice. We didnt get to use the balcony during our stay, but it looked like the perfect place for a morning coffee. The hosts provided every detail we could possibly need, and we're very thorough with check in instructions. would absolutely stay again if we were going to the dow!
