Second time I stayed there and looking forward to a third. Everything was super as usual. Great place with a great owner. Would highly recommend.

The place that Nicole and Scott have created is such a wonderful home away from home. We felt very welcome, and it was exactly what we needed. Their two dogs were a giant plus for us, which I think they realized as soon as we met them - so they let them out for us to say hi often. All in all, we had an amazing stay, and hope to come back some day.

Very clean and clutter free. Great use of the space. Nicely done. Nice kitchen. Beautiful expansive back yard on the lake - the pictures don’t do it justice.

Our stay was incredible! We had 7 adults total and had more than enough room. The pool table and streaming availability was awesome. Because of the time of year, we weren’t able to use the outdoor bonfire pits or screened porch but they looked amazing! A bit pricey, but split between everybody was the same price as a hotel would’ve been and we got to stay with friends!

Loved our stay at Dylan’s Beaverton home. We shared the space with 3 other families, lots of room! Dylan was quick to respond and helpful. We would love to go back

Our group that came from our church for the stay were blown away by the beautiful home! Some of our group come from very poor lifestyle and have never even stayed in a hotel. Brittany’s house stunned them and one of the little girls called it a mansion! They talked more about the house than the event we sent them to attend in Lapeer!

Ron is fantastic to deal with. The place is perfect, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back

This was a great stay and we’d definitely stay here again when visiting Frankenmuth. If I could give cleanliness a 4.9 star, then I would have. The only thing was hair in the bedding in multiple rooms, which I’m guessing was accidental from the cleaners since the rooms were otherwise spotless and the beds impeccably made. It was so wonderful to have an actual house to relax in after a long day at the water parks and to have full control over making our own food. We were also able to spend time together, rather than being in separate hotel rooms and having to cram into one room if we want to chat or let the kids play together.
