Vacation rentals with a patio in Saginaw

Samatha was kind and accommodating for us as we came to town for a family wedding. Her response time was super quick when i had a question. The house was clean, spacious, and felt like home. We loved the little homey touches. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large and worked perfectly for our group. It was stocked with all the essentials. Ice maker in the freezer was a bonus. The living room furniture was comfortable. Being there multiple days, the laundry and dryer came in handy. We were inpressed with even after each of us showering there was still hot water. 1.5 bathrooms worked fine for our group. We loved having the trader joes soaps available. Although we didn't have much down time to take advange of all offered, there was a nice variety of books, a few cook books, lots of games, swing outside, free streaming services on the tv. Some of the family really enjoyed the walking trail near by. You felt like we were in the country but only a few minutes from town. Loved it!

The house was extremely clean, quiet, and well stocked with extra towels and blankets. The furniture is very comfortable, and the outdoor patio was a nice place to sit and relax after a busy day. It was well worth the price and I will definitely book it again, if it is available when I return to Midland.

The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

We enjoyed every second of our stay. The place is beautiful, even more gorgeous in person. Very peaceful but also plenty of activities to take part in. I’ll definitely recommend staying here and already thinking when I’m going to book my next stay, thank you for hosting us

The apartment is beautiful. Immaculate, upgraded, spacious. It provided a perfect home base for magnificent weekend. I would recommend The Finley Block to anyone looking to stay in Owosso.

Such a charming place to stay right on Main Street. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Unit was super clean and had so little added touches to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were comfy…not too firm or too soft. The deck with multiple seating areas was a great outdoor space. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and offered great suggestions. We will definitely book this place on our next trip to Frankenmuth!

Fantastic place for a single person to hang out. Check in was easy and it's right across the street from a beautiful park. Fantastic access to downtown and to MSU. Would love to stay again.

Great house right on the water! Super clean and comfy beds. Kitchen was well equipped and house has a a great deck and fire pit. The kayaks and water toys were much appreciated. We would definitely return! Karla was an awesome host!

We absolutely LOVED the Holly Hideaway! This was our second time staying at one of Heidi and Darren’s places and it was just as incredible as the A frame (maybe even better suited to our needs) The space is just so cool, very private, and there’s so much to do that it’s hard to leave. We enjoyed playing endless music on the record player (we brought our own records too), used the hot tub, bikes, fire pit, played multiple games of pool and Pac-Man, and the teens lounged in the camper (awesome add on) and all around the space. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything you need and we ate in quite a bit. This is the perfect space to rent! So close to Pine Knob (we were in for a concert) and close to darling downtown Holly. We enjoyed iced coffees and ice cream in Battle Alley. Also, be sure to drop by the owner’s restaurant- it is fabulous! You’ll see their same style represented there and the food is delicious! Can’t wait to stay again next year! LOVED this place! This was our second stay with Sue. It was just as fantastic as the first time. We had six people in our group. Her house is spacious, clean, and comfortable with tons of amenities. We had a wonderful time playing cards, the piano, and of course ping-pong. It's located close to all of the restaurants, stores, and expressway entrance ramps. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Zero complaints. Sue is a gracious, friendly, proactive host! We highly recommend Sue and her home and hope to stay again! ❤️

This Airbnb was PERFECT! We came for a bachelorette get together and stayed for the weekend, we had 8 people which Lane was very accommodating and allowed us to bring an air mattress for our extra people! The location is pristine as it was right across the street from an amazing restaurant (Beachy’s), the farmers market (Saturday morning), lots of stores to shop around, and right next to the liquor store! We didn’t have to drive a single place which made the trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were very large and super clean! The bathrooms were both extremely spacious, absolutely gorgeous and stocked with soap! We will definitely be returning, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caseville!

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!

This was a wonderful stay! My boyfriend and I were in town for a couple of days and it was the perfect place. This level of attention to detail is something that many other places lack, so I was grateful for such a great experience. The bed is comfortable and there are blackout blinds, both ensuring a great night of sleep. Definitely stay here and check out HopCat’s for a laid back dinner option with great food! I’d stay here again and again if I could :)
