It was a great place to stay for the weekend with girlfriends! My friends and I wete astonished at how well thought out this place was! It was so cute on the beach. We felt like we were somewhere tropical! Location was great. The decorations were beautiful. I told my husband I would come back and bring the kids! Love it here.

This house is exactly what we needed. We come from a loud and busy town and just needed calm and quiet and this was exactly it. The location was straight out of a painting, surrounded by the colors of autumn. Even when we were inside we were surrounded by the outside, cozy wood everywhere, gorgeous little fire place, huge windows, it was just perfect. We spent our days running around downtown bay city and our evenings listening to records, making dinner, playing games, and watching Christmas movies. We loved our little quiet getaway here.

We loved the house and property. It was perfect for us and our family. Just like being home. The kitchen and dining space were spacious and inviting. Not many airbnb's have their own petting zoo. Our family had the most wonderful time. This place exceeded expectations. As other reviewers have mentioned this place is very well stocked. We rode bikes to the ice cream shop, swam at the nearby beach (most days we had it to ourselves), grilled, had a campfire, enjoyed the lovely view from the porch and drove into town to go out to eat. The hosts were very welcoming and even provided a cute little frog table and chair for our little one. We would love to book again some time. Sadly, it does not come with the cute pictured pug. :)

What a gem Clark’s place is! The home itself is gorgeous, unique, extremely clean, and full of thoughtful artistic touches from Clarke. Tons of space and light inside. The house is like an art exhibit itself. We so enjoyed staying here and taking in the house! It’s also super usable— we cooked a lot in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable as well. Beautiful and quiet, private surroundings. I imagine in the summer it’s beautiful too! Clark was one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. Not only through the thoughtful touches in the house, but he was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He came by to introduce himself and walked us through some steps with the wood burning fireplace, and even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy- so thoughtful! Downtown Midland is super close by and has several really good restaurants and coffee shops.

The home is as described. Very roomy, clean, comfortable beds, nice yard for cornhole, nice patio with Adirondacks and in a quiet neighborhood. Just a couple minutes from downtown where there are all kinds of bars, restaurants and shopping. The river is downtown as well and is a great place to walk. Highly recommend this home for your stay.
