About 1 km from the property there is an ice cream cafe. Beaches, hiking trails and the blueberry forest are outside the door.

Large house in attractive countryside!

Welcome to a spacious house in beautiful countryside. The house was built in the 1940s but has been completely renovated since 2019. Häljebol is centrally located and from here you can reach sights in Karlstad, Arvika, Säffle and Årjäng. We have three separate bedrooms upstairs, with a total of 8 beds. Kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms. Broadband via fiber, TV, washing machine and dryer. In late summer you can pick fruit and berries in the garden. Since the house is newly renovated we do not allow pets or smoking.

Beautiful and quiet near Lake Vänern

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with plenty of space, both inside and out. You can also book more beds in the annex next door, which means that you can stay a total of 17-20 people at the nice farm. It is two kilometers to the large lake Lake Vänern , where you can bike or walk. The farm of Lord's City is surrounded by pleasures when the village was occupied for many thousands of years. You can bike to a small country shop that can also serve lunch ( 2 km). It is 14 km to the small town of Säffle.

Köket och badrummet är nyrenoverade och alla bekvämligheter ni behöver finns i huset. En keramisk bastu är även installerad i källaren. Svanskog/Svaneholm ligger i sydvästra Värmland med närhet till Säffle som centralort och Åmål i Dalsland. På orten finns en närbutik och en trevlig pizzeria. Upplev den värmländska småstadsidyllen!

Modern villa by Lake Vänern

Relax with family or friends in our social and peaceful space. Lovely views from the house and garden of Lake Vänern and the forest around. Less than 100 meters to lovely swimming in Vänern with both jetty and a small sandy beach. Nice grass areas around the house for play and relaxing. Dock with boat space available if you bring a boat. If you want to look around, there is a farm shop nearby and at the end of Värmlandsnäs nice Ekenäs with restaurant and boat trips to Lurö.

Cabin in Åmål Hammaren

Older house from 1909 in Åmål with a summer cottage feel and a secluded and peaceful leafy location without neighbors, like living in the countryside but still close to central Åmål. You have the whole house to yourselves and about 10-15 minutes walking distance. Some water in the form of river next to the house and a few minutes to the grocery store and close to the footpath and busy road as it is fairly close to the city center. The house is undergoing minor repairs

Cottage by the lake - with 16 beds

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Big beautiful mansion

Sjönnebols Herrgård är omgiven av vacker natur. Bredvid gården betar får och skogen ligger precis intill. På baksidan av herrgården finns en uteplats under tak samt stor gräsmatta där ingen insyn finns. Det är enkelt att ta sig till herrgården som endast ligger ca 1 mil från E45:an. Det är asfalterat hela vägen fram utom de sista 200 metrarna.
