Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! The associated land around the cottage has been recreated like the old pastures and today cows graze in the meadows. Little cottage among the mountain stables

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In the reed beds you can catch perch, roach, pike and pike-perch. With a plastic boat, you can go out on Lake Vänern and if you have a kayak with you, it is easy to put in. Plastic bucket is good for rowing, but also has a motor. You need to bring your own clean gasoline You can swim from pine-covered rocks in the bay or out on the islets and islands. Patios have the best south-west location, the lake is fish-rich and if you take a walk in the woods you will probably find both berries and mushrooms. Total relaxation is promised! In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Cozy house on the Swedish countryside, high located with fields all around and large forests in the periphery . Only 3km from the beautiful lake Vänern, where you can take a bath in the fresh water or catch some fishes. Enjoy the calmness and the quiet surroundings. For breakfast you can bake your own bread in the old stone oven. You can take a walk in the forest in search for mushrooms or berries. Maybe you are lucky to see the spectacular mooses from the window. The perfect place to relax!

Cabin in Åmål Hammaren

Older house from 1909 in Åmål with a summer cottage feel and a lonely and peaceful lush location without neighbors, like living in the countryside but still close to central Åmål. You will have the whole house for yourselves and about 10-15 minutes' walk. A little water in the form of a river next to the house and a few minutes to the grocery store and close to the walkway and busy road as it is pretty close to the city center. The house is undergoing minor repairs

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cottage is located right next to the water. Enjoy swimming from the rocks, barbecue evenings, walks in the forest, picking blueberries, mushrooms or try your luck fishing in Lake Vänern. The cottage is 15-20 minutes from both Åmål and Säffle city centers.
