Little cottage among the mountain stables

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In the reed beds you can catch perch, roach, pike and pike-perch. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Welcome to a charming cottage in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery, with the lake sparkling next door, and mornings with birdsong. A place for those who want to relax, hike in the forest, stroll in the sand or enjoy peace and quality of life. You often have the area to yourself, even if nearby residents visit the beach on sunny days. The beach is spacious and the cottage is located, so you maintain peace even when others visit the beach. There is another small cottage in the area.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
