In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Dream house near the lake with its own jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Big wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowing boat by the lake that you can use freely. The boats are a little worn but work. Good fishing.

A perfect accommodation if you like to fish. The listing includes bed linen and towel, which I take care of after your stay but as a guest you are expected to leave the place in nice and clean condition. If I need to clean after you, it is charged with extra cost of SEK 1500.

I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. Great accommodation centrally in Karlstad! Easy to check in, incredibly nice and responsive host. Comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a weekend in Karlstad! We were at an event in Löfbergs arena and the bus there was just a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Will be more than happy to come back on the next Karlstad visit!

Second time staying here and it's not the last time. The apartment is perfect for my purpose, the right size, fresh (!) and in a quiet and nice area. Recommend!

The house is located in very silent and safe area, close to the forest and lakeside, but not so far away from the centre of Åmål. It was cozy, clean and functional, just well equipped. Victoria was very helpful, in case of any problems she was all the time available and ready to support. We really appreciate it! Thank You for your hospitality!
