3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Older house from 1909 in Åmål with a summer cottage feel and a lonely and peaceful lush location without neighbors, like living in the countryside but still close to central Åmål. You will have the whole house for yourselves and about 10-15 minutes' walk. A little water in the form of a river next to the house and a few minutes to the grocery store and close to the walkway and busy road as it is pretty close to the city center. This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Welcome to our small Stuga, 70 sqm, in Värmland. The house sits next to a small gravel road that leads into a nature reserve. But you don't have to drive that far, right behind the house the wilderness begins with lonely lakes and forests. The Internet has a speed of 300/300 Mbit and is more than sufficient for home office. When using the electric heater or charging an electric car, extra costs are added. We provide wood for the wood heating free of charge.
