Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Säffle Municipality

Ian's house is a nice surprise! There is good parking, the frontdoor is accessed by a short stone staircase and has a keybox. Ian offers two very functional floors, with an open entryhall, a large livingroom with a very comfortable corner couch, a giant TV, a dining table, and a large kitchen with table and chairs and completely equipped with excellent kitchen stuff. And a bedroom upstairs, with a very comfortable bed, nice fresh linens, and a door that opens to a small balcony. There is no clutter. It's all very tidy and nice, with different plants that grace the interior. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower/tub. There is a large backyard with a terrace, and in the evening you can see the Swedish style homes lit up around you, like in a fairytale. Everything is spacious and calm and well kept. Karlstad is just a short ride away, and there is a shopping center within a few kms. Ian's airbnb is really "home away from home" with all the comforts and amenities you can think of!

The house was very sweet and perfect for a short break for a family. Fengersfors is a pleasant little village, and we really enjoyed using the sauna by the lake which Gaby helped the fix. There's clearly more going on in the village in the summer but there's still plenty of nice walks to do in the area. Gaby was extremely helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Top marks!

A cozy house with nice garden in tranquil surroundings. Good parking space. 8-10min walk to the city. Large gazebo in the garden. Check in with key cabinet. 3 separate bedrooms on the 2nd floor, all with their own door. Missed curtains in one bedroom, here there were only blinds. Shower room on the 2nd floor, a toilet on the 1st floor and a toilet in the basement. Large kitchen with all equipment. Big living room and dining room We had a cozy stay, would love to come back.

Very nice and quiet place outside of Åmål. Downtown can be reached in a quarter of an hour by car. The views from the property to the Vänern are magnificent and the jacuzzi is also wonderful. The pool table has seen better days but still serves its purpose and is complete. All in all a very nice holiday in a very nice place.

We had beautiful days in this great vacation home. It offers plenty of space and is comfortably furnished. With the rowboat and the 2-seater kayak, we spent some nice hours on the nearby lake. The jetty is within walking distance in a few minutes. Meta and Henk are very nice and helpful.

Wonderful accommodation close to the city but still in a quiet area with proximity to a nice park. The house was very spacious with many rooms and comfortable beds. There were all the amenities one might need during a stay. Perfect even for children with many toys and close to the playground.

Second time staying here and just as good as the first time! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a private accommodation surrounded by nature. Thanks again to Petter and Elin for being excellent hosts!

We felt right at home in Linnea and Ted's lovely house. It is very tastefully decorated. The bus in front of the door will take you to the city in no time. The lake is close by. For the art lovers: definitely visit Sandgrund by painter Lars Lerin in Karlstad.

Nice house with 4 spacious beds and sofa bed divided into 5 rooms. Was 3 adults and 3 teenagers who had plenty of room. Extra plus to the house garden and the terrace at the backside of the house. Evening sun and a grill for socializing in the evenings. Very quiet and pleasant area.

Great host. The accommodation had everything our team needed. Very helpful hosts, whenever we needed help Bengt and Susanne were very responsive. We would definitely come back to this place and we would recommend it to our friends. Thank you for everything.

This was our fourth stay at the lake house and it was wonderful as always. We just love the quiet, the nature and the wonderful location of this beautiful house. Anneli and Stig are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and hopefully will be back!

Our stay in Sweden was very nice. The house offers a lot of space for the whole family as well as many games and sports opportunities. We especially loved the direct access to the lake and the various boats (sup, rowing boat, sailing jacket). In the area you can walk/hike nicely. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy peace and nature. The house and kitchen were well equipped - we didn't lack anything. The communication with Oyvind was also always nice and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We had an awesome week at Bjørn's house. Large and beautiful house, with beautiful garden. It was nicely cleaned when we arrived, and we had a good dialogue with the landlord all the time. I highly recommend the house to Bjørn if you are going to visit beautiful Karlstad!
