We chose Francesca and her husband's place because we wanted to spend a day away from the chaos of the city in a place that would allow our 2 dogs to relax a little. The reality far exceeded our expectations on every front: the hospitality and availability of the host were extremely friendly, the house is clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything, but the icing on the cake was the perfectly fenced garden with both the net and the hedges, which allowed us to relax and our dogs to have fun like crazy. Extremely recommended! Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed having a retreat type facility after busy days seeing Rome. The pellet stove was enough heat for us on the five days we stayed in November. Beautiful yard and nice oasis to come to. 45 minute drive to Vatican, Colosseum, etc. it is also 1.25 hours away from Orvieto, a nice little town to check out.
