Great find for an overnight stop on way back to Calais following a holiday in the Dordogne. Lovely setting, easy to find and not far from the main roads. Very clean and had everything we needed. The children loved the swing too! We would stay again. Thank you Chrystèle!

We were looking for a place to meet as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “flea market chic” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not detract from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast "carpet" of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees compete for the most beautiful bloom. The place is so harmonious and calm that you wonder if the only occupants around are the birds. In the end, you don't know where you feel most comfortable: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely a tourist guide in another life. Thanks to their advice, we discovered local gems we would never have found on our own. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend it (unless you make noise – then the birds might put a spell on you😄).

I highly recommend this listing! Very clean and comfortable. Only positive things to say! Florence had taken care to light the pellet stove before I arrived so that the accommodation was heated after a day of outdoor sports.

Excellent stay. Very nice house, true to the photos, tastefully decorated, very clean and very nice. The garden is nice and the outdoor lounge is perfect for BBQs. Very nice pool... Very nice welcome from Morgane, flexible and attentive. We really want to come back!

We had a great weekend! Despite unfavorable weather, we were able to enjoy a moment of sharing thanks to this beautiful house and all its features as well as its peaceful and pleasant garden to escape. Comfortable cottage, beautiful spaces, large bedrooms and bathroom, well-equipped. Young children are welcome with games and a bench at their height. The exteriors are nice, in beautiful countryside. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

We had such a fun time with our family! It is a great location, a beautiful house and garden. The swimming pool is a bonus! We felt really welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Upon our arrival Pascaline was already waiting for us and showed us round, gave instructions and lots of sightseeing tips. The communication before and during our holiday was very good. Good place to stay with children and big group.

A nice stay in the perch. The annex is very functional as a small apartment. Ideal for couple. Beautifully decorated, it's very cocooning and well insulated. The location is ideal in the pretty city of Belleme. Would definitely stay there again.

very clean accommodation with all the necessities to have peaceful moments. Only downside is a small step to access the toilet and bedroom on the ground floor. Small garden in the back of the house much appreciated by our four-legged friends. Jocelyne is very welcoming and attentive to our expectations.

Lovely Air B&B, very clean and great set up. We stayed for two nights for a nearby family wedding and it was ideal. We would stay again. Vivie and Bruno were very helpful and responsive prior to and during our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Very welcoming and very available hosts. Small touches upon arrival, impeccable accommodation, very good bedding. I will return there without hesitation. I recommend it for anyone going to Boulerie Jump, 5 minutes by car, perfect location. Very well kept garden
