In a 2-story building located 100 m from the Sables Blancs beach and the Tréboul thalassotherapy center, this superb 32 m2 luxury 2-room apartment, refurbished with very nice services, will welcome you on the 1st floor. It opens onto a 5 m2 terrace and is fully equipped with a 1.6 m x 2 m king-size bed, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, multifunction oven, 117 cm TV, toaster... Living room sofa bed 140 x 190. Have a nice vacation. Kristell 😀

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
