Vacation rentals with a patio in Sabana Seca

Lorena’s rental was completely amazing! The pictures do not do justice compared to how the place looked and felt in real time. She had a fully stocked home, extremely clean. Always responsive & accommodated me beyond my expectations. Brought a playpen to her home to help me out with my 9 month old baby. I will recommend this home 100 times over and I would love nothing more than to return and stay at this property. 100/10!!!! THANK YOU LORENA

Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)

I liked it, close to a lot of food spots and Walgreens is a 5 minute walk! The only issue I had was it took a while to get hot water while showering and I would just take cold showers (I recommend letting it run for 10 minutes). And I also didn’t know it was a cleaning fee until after I read the receipt 😭. They want the place exactly how you left it, which is not problem but why charge a cleaning fee if Im doing extra cleaning. However, I’m still giving a 5 ⭐️, they have everything you need there! Loved the nice home and the balcony view. Would definitely stay again.

HIDDEN GEM. This place is a 3-4 minute walk to the famous beach with the PR flag. A 10 minute walk maximum to La Placita. Many restaurants within walking distance, saves a bunch on ubers. Old San juan is about 15 mins away (driving) and the airport is about the same. The location was truly AMAZING! Airbnb was bigger than i thought the photos do it no justice, only constructive criticism i could give is maybe a little more dusting on the decorations, but overall such a good price for what you get. Thank you so much José for letting us stay at your lovely airbnb.

This was such a great Airbnb. It was very spacious and walkable to the beach. There are great restaurants around the area, and it's just a very short Uber ride to Old San Juan or other beaches in the area. The host communicated well, and check-in and check-out were super easy. The decoration was amazing! I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed! We look forward to staying again! There were a few cold drinks provided, a safe, and even tooth brushes! They had everything and then some! It was perfect for the kiddos as well! Plenty of board games, instruments, and a couple arcade games! Very clean and responsive host! Thank you Eddie!

Was a pleasure to be host from Jose Anthony, you can’t expect more everything is very accessible from the house to the restaurants to the highway to go anywhere you have to go is right in the middle of every place And the host was always attentive and very friendly and respectful offering more than just the beautiful home but also getting back to us every time we have a question with perfect suggestions and always very friendly available

I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

Your attention to detail is impeccable, and as a air b n b owner myself, I got a lot of ideas from my properties from you! You made our stay exceptional! Very communicative and responsive. Everything we needed for the beach or pool was available. The grill was great! Kitchen fully stocked. These guys didn't miss anything at all. and folks, During our 11 day stay, Puerto Rico lost power for 3 days straight! the whole island, and we didn't even realize it! The generator and water supply back up, was a blessing to have and kicked on immediately. Air conditioners in everything room with nice cold air blowing. You guy's literally thought of everything! Thank you so much! My family made many great memories. We will be back again soon! My kids didn't even want to leave. We found our new home away from home! Thank you so much! Luis and Laura.

This place was amazing and everything we had hoped for for our group vacation. Carmen was super responsive with any questions we had and she gave detailed instructions for finding the place and checking in. We had plenty of basic supplies and made use of the beach chairs and towels. The veranda and pool were fantastic and you just can't beat being right on the ocean. It was very clean, had nice landscaping and comfy furniture inside and outside as well. There are restaurants nearby (thank you to Carmen for the recommendations) and a great beach down the road with a nice swimming lagoon. It was a great jumping off point to get to many places in the island and a short, 45 minutes to the airport and Old San Juan. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

Nothing but good things to say about this home and angel. House was perfect, beautiful, and clean. Super caring and responsive host very helpful. Me and my family will definitely be booking this home again.

Me and a group of friends stayed at Reiner’s lovely home and absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was our first time on the island and having the location be super close to the airport was perfect! You would think that there would be too much air traffic noise but absolutely not! Our favorite part of the house was definitely the upper deck that allowed us to relax and take in the weather throughout the day!Just around the corner were some food shops and a surf shop as well! The beach is about 10 minutes from the home and old San Juan is 20 minutes. I would 100% stay at Reniers home again for our next visit to Puerto Rico!

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. Yoly was just amazing! Very welcoming and responsive. Her and husband are around if you have questions about what to do or where to go. The location is absolutely breath taking and 100% worth the stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, can’t get any better then that! Can’t wait to come back!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

This was the most perfect place for our few days in San Juan. I cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of it all, everything is walkable. The Airbnb itself was exactly as expected if not better. We had a hiccup with the shower on our first day / no hot water but our host was very quick to proactively help and get a solution for us. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable I’m still dreaming about it. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!!

We had an amazing time at Rosemara's beach house. The place is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My kids enjoyed every moment we spent there. The location is very safe. The pool area is beautiful and the beach as well. Rosemara was a great host! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being part of a memorable vacation.

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed to step off the plane and head straight to the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs towels and umbrella. Peace of mind having a gated key fob entrance as well! Hope this available next year when we come back!
