We loved our stay! Such a beautiful beach from the balcony or out the front door. The elevators were fast and quiet, which somehow stood out (I hate waiting for elevators!) Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We'll be back!

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

Aquatika was the perfect place for our family (kiddos, 3 and 6 years old). Our kids loved the pools, playgrounds, beach and it was wonderful that the apartment had a variety of sand/beach toys available for use. Aquatika staff and security were friendly and we felt secure with the processes in place. We did rent a car so we could explore Old San Juan, El Yunque National Forest and enjoy many of the restaurants and kiosks along the coastline - and shop for groceries. We enjoyed that the surrounding community is local, not very "touristy". We would definitely love to visit Cathy's place again and highly recommend!

Wonderful 2 night stay in Old San Juan. Location could not be better - excellent restaurants, shopping and historical sites all within easy walking distance. Host communication was excellent - very clear instructions for check in and check out and lots of local recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The entry is a little quirky but Cyrus provided clear written directions and a video, so we had no problem finding or accessing the unit. Overall wonderful stay, would not hesitate to come back again.

This place was a nice getaway. The neighborhood was safe & it was easy to access the apartment. The airport is literally 6 mins away & it’s not a far drive to other attractions. The roosters in the neighborhood will wake you up around 4 a.m. so I suggest having a white noise throughout the night. Overall a nice, comfortable place to stay with very responsive hosts. Something that is helpful to know is that the hot water is actually turned on by turning the knob to the middle, not all the way to the left where the “H” is. I messaged the host and they were able to help with that. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Either the floor or the rug in the bathroom should be replaced possibly, but the apartment wasn’t bad at all. A nice place for the price you pay or for a short trip. Great hosts ! There were others in the apartments attached to the house, but no one was too loud.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

This was an ideal spot for our visit to San Juan. It was right on the beach which made it easy to walk out with some chairs for a few hours whenever we wanted. The patio looking out on the beach was an amazing place to drink your morning coffee, the proximity to Calle Loiza and Condado made it easy to walk to a lot of great restaurants, and Old San Juan was a short Uber ride away. It was also very comfortable to just hang out inside - the AC worked well and the internet was super fast.

This was the perfect family vacation. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful condo with wonderful ocean views.

Yayra's place is a hidden gem! Although it does not have windows to the outside, it does have windows to the courtyard and an upstairs rooftop with a nice view! The apartment is bright inside and rooms 4 people very comfortably. It is very well stocked, organized, and extremely clean. I was so appreciative to have a clean shower and shower liner! The apartment is in the heart of Viejo San Juan with so much to do. Remember to dress comfortably! A lot of hills to walk up and down the streets. The building is beautiful and clean. Perfect stay for my birthday celebration!

Absolutely phenomenal space to stay in while in Puerto Rico. It’s gated with active security on the premises so it’s very safe. Beach within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and nightlife a short drive away. Couldn’t have enjoyed a better location. And the property cats were the cherry on top

We had such an amazing experience at Socorro’s Casa. There were wonderful little touches all over the house, everything was so clean and comfortable, and the pool was sooo beautiful and enjoyable. Best family vacation ever. This sums it up: our teenager was not into this spring break trip to Puerto Rico, but upon leaving Socorro’s home, he said, “can you please remember this place so we can come back someday?”…and he hasn’t been nearly as happy since we left.

Fantastic! -- Incredible! -- A great place just as described, incredible location right on an amazing beach, pristine and clean, easy, relaxing, and superb and prompt communications from the hosts! --- We've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs around the world, and this one is one of the very best! --- We cannot say enough good things about the space, the location, the communications, and the value. Stayed here with my daughter during her spring break ; our stay was wonderful. Was easy to find , everything was close by or a 10min uber 10/10

Esther and Rosemary weren't only the best AirBnb hosts I have ever had, but also amazing tour guides. They provided recommendations and things to do across the entire island. They were extremely detailed in their suggestions and they made this trip such an enjoyable experience. At one point, the power went out across Puerto Rico, they were attentive and while the hosts are not responsible for power outages, took responsibility and offered to bring batteries, informed us of updates and provided flashlights. They were more than accommodating. Their space was clean and a great price considering the location and size. It has walking access to tons of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Compared to other locations we had viewed, this was certainly the most bang for our buck. I 10/10 recommend booking with them if you want insider and local recommendations on where to go!

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

We LOVED this place SO MUCH. Best value for tons of room, the best location and it stocked with amenities. From boogie boards to sun block, beach chairs and more. Great secure parking, 2 sets of keys/fobs, Clean, great pool. I highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone!
