"Het Steumke 4p" is een 110m2 groot appartement in een moderne woonboerderij en is gelegen op landgoed de Tol. Aan de weg die Enschede en Hengelo met elkaar verbindt. Tussen de Universiteit Twente en Golfbaan Driene. En op loop afstand van het FC Twente Stadion. Het gezellige centrum van Enschede, evenals het centrum van Hengelo zijn met het OV in tien minuten te bereiken. Bij terugkomst in de accommodatie kunt u volop genieten van de privacy en rust en het buitenleven op het landgoed.

A spacious apartment with private entrance in the center of Enter, spread over the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to a kitchenette, a sitting/sleeping area, a sauna, a fireplace, and a private sitting area in the garden, surrounded by a number of fruit trees. Despite the fact that our apartment is in the middle of the center, you will experience an oasis of peace. In consultation, it is possible to have meals cooked for you or to have breakfast provided (€12.50 per person).

The Bakery, cozy overnight stay and rest

Our apartment is in the center of Deurningen. It is part of a building with several apartments. This building used to be a Bakery with shop and house after which it is now named. The apartment is new and fully furnished in a sustainable way and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The living space is 65 m2. On the third floor, there is a loggia where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast is available upon request.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

This unique pool house is in the middle of the heart of Borne. You can enjoy various wellness opportunities. You can enjoy your peace and tranquility in a woody area. The guest accommodation is part of the main house but is rented out separately. It is suitable for one or two adults. You'll have a private entrance in a separate, enclosed area. This is the perfect spot for those seeking rare peace, silence, and unspoiled nature. The Tubbergen and Dinkelland region is well known for its scenic cycling and hiking routes.
