Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

The village bus takes you to the village and to the mountain stations to get to the ski resort. You can have breakfast on the east balcony overlooking the Almagellerhorn and in the afternoon/evening you can enjoy the south balcony overlooking the Allilinhorn.

"Ische Adlerhorscht" is in Chalet Birkhahn, about 100 meters above Saas Fee on the Hohnegg. The apartment has two bedrooms, shower/toilet and one living-dining area with well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine). Both in front and behind the house there are seats available.
