Breithorn is located in one of the most practical area of the village Zermatt. It’s a 8-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the ski lift (Sunnegga). The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. It has an open design and therefore provides a lot of space. This charming 3.5-room apartment is located in the center of the village and is a true gem of Kandersteg - directly on the mountain river. The apartment offers two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room and a bright, unique gallery. The semi-open kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, ideal for those who appreciate contact with the living area. The apartment's two balconies are particularly noteworthy. Both balconies offer an impressive panoramic view of the mountains.

Cosy studio Juwel: sunny & fully equipped

In just a 10 min walk from the parking/bus, you'll find Studio Juwel on the sunny end of Lomattenstrasse. In front of the house is a busstop to take you to the skilifts for free in winter. Not even 50m away is the nearest supermarket. You'll find all you need in the Studio: renovated bathroom ('26), fully equipped kitchen (renovating planned Dec. 2026). Double bed 140x200, relaxing chairs, dining table, TV, balcony with a bit of mountain view and lots of afternoon sun!

In a prime location in the centre of Zermatt and right next to the Sunnegga cable car is this sun-drenched penthouse with a breathtaking view of the village and the Matterhorn. The penthouse has every comfort and has been finished with great attention to detail. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. One bedroom only has a skylight, the bed is accessible via a small ladder and is located directly under the roof. Suitable for children and young people.

I offer a small, stylish, quiet place. Bathrooms and rooms with kitchen are modern. In winter you will find snow sports areas such as Rosswald, Belalp and Aletsch in the immediate vicinity. In the summer, you can hike in these areas and much more. Zermatt, Leukerbad, Saas-Fee and the Lower Valais can be reached in 60 minutes by car. Brigerbad with its warm springs, as well as the brine pool in Breiten are only 10 minutes away by car. Parking on request.

My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter.
