An apartment to fall in love with—for couples, families, and travelers with dogs. Forests, meadows, hiking-, cycling- or crosscountry tracks begin at your doorstep, inviting you to activities.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.
