Sweet, cozy attic apartment with rustic flair, in Kahla at the foot of the Leuchtenburg. Ideal for 3-4 people. The bed in the 1st bedroom can be pulled out to 1.60 m. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things and the bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine in addition to the shower. The distance to the train station is ideal for train passengers. Doctors, pharmacies, bus and shopping facilities are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. There is a bakery right around the corner.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. The apartment (58 m²) is centrally located and is on the 3rd floor of a listed house. It consists of a bedroom, separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bicycles can be stored if necessary. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are within a 5-minute walk.

Stylish loft apartment, close to the center and inviting

The guest apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house, about 1 km (about a 10–12-minute walk) from the city center. It has a separate entrance and includes everything you need to feel good. We provide one free parking space on the premises. Public transportation is right outside the door, and Paradiespark, Jena's Kernberge, and hiking trails are within minutes walking distance.
