Vacation rentals with a patio in Sa Rocca Tunda

The apartment is in a very good location in the heart of the colorful village of Bosa. The restaurants and the main square are quite close. The apartment has a very pleasant and peaceful terrace. Rachel is a very available and responsive host. I recommend this property if you are visiting Bosa.

Spontaneous check-in, Leonardo came to the reception within 10 minutes and brought us to the apartment. In the house are 4 apartment, we were the only guests. It was super private and quiet. Leonardo always responded immediately and was super friendly when we had an issue. The apartment was super clean, the bathroom very modern. In the apartment/bathroom the drain smells, but that's probably due to the age of the houses. Just let some water run and air on. We didn't have any mosquitoes in the apartment and nice quiet nights.

The place was great. We addressed it last minute and there was absolutely no problem. Communication was perfect from the first moment. Whatever I needed a response was swift. I rate communication at a very high level. The host was very kind, best experience with airbnb for me. Thank you! 😊

Carlo and Antonella were the perfect hosts and Casa Funtanedda was a great stay for our first trip to Sardinia. They were so warm and welcoming, incredibly attentive and beyond helpful: we had a few problems with our car rental at the start of our stay and they went above and beyond to help us to try and sort it out- we’ll be forever grateful! The accommodation was lovely and as stated in the ad, we’d stay again- a huge thank you to you both!

We spent 10 days in Alessandro's beautiful apartment, perfectly matching the description and in a great location to visit all the most beautiful beaches of Sinis. Alessandro was always available and provided us with useful information for the vacation. Upon our arrival he had left us a basket of breakfast products, milk, water, beers in the fridge and a welcome bottle of local wine.... This is called a real welcome. We had a wonderful vacation, definitely to be repeated.

Gaia is the perfect host. We were able to check in around 11 AM and were greeted with local delicacies and wine. Every question was answered immediately and the apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt 100% comfortable. Thanks very much, Gaia.

The apartment was really well-equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. There were even basic toiletries, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The host left us some cookies as a welcome treat, which was a lovely touch. The place itself was cozy, with a slightly traditional style that gave it a warm and homely feel. The only thing worth mentioning is that the ceiling was a bit thin – we could hear some noise from upstairs. It didn’t bother us much and we slept well, but someone more sensitive to noise might notice it more. Other than that, everything was great – 9/10!

It feels like I'm visiting a good friend. Coziness and warmth (the stove worked in October!!!) just beyond praise the hostess Graziella. I helped to organize free time in the vicinity (reported about fairs in the nearest villages), the car spent the night in front of the house for free, juices, fruits, water (very useful) were waiting for us in the fridge. I recommend it to everyone. You won't be able to.

Marisa's apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need. We especially liked the terrace. The house is relatively light-sounding. It is located on a street and it was already partly noisy on the street from the bedroom. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay!

If you value a unique and memorable this characterful house is for you. Not many houses I've stayed in (that would ne none) incorporate a bronze-age dwelling cave! Very spacious - house and grounds. Very peaceful, yet near (10mins drive) the lovely town of Bosa - a town with a great ambience and lots of good eateries.

Sa Domu Linda is a beautiful house, very well cared for, very comfortable and in a strategic area to enjoy all the most beautiful beaches nearby within a 10/15 minute drive. Narbolia is a quiet village but if necessary offers all the services, medical guard and pharmacy. There are also large supermarkets and discounts in the area, and Oristano is a 15-minute drive for a downtown ride and a little leisure. Linda was an excellent host, I asked her for various favors and advice and she always responded immediately, going out of her way to meet me. The entire stay. Thanks to you, you far exceeded expectations. I recommend it to everyone and if I came back to the area in the future, I would definitely choose this place again! Highly recommended, no flawless!

The house is in a quiet location, at the entrance of San Leonardo. It is equipped with everything and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced-in garden, where we and our three dogs had a great time. Around, in addition to the park that can be reached in two minutes on foot, there are itineraries in the woods that lead to secluded fountains and incredible nuraghi. Roberta is always available for advice and any need.

Luca's place is extremely comfortable, equipped with anything and above all in a fantastic location. Lunch overlooking the sea, dine with the sunset over the sea; you have the large sand dunes that surround you. What else??? A home in a beautiful area with still unspoiled nature. The only drawback of the area is that sometimes the sea is moved, but always beautiful! Thanks again Luca! Stefania and Marco

Loved staying in Mirko’s home. It was very walkable with restaurants, cafe and the beach all accessible on foot. The kitchen had everything we needed. I plus highly recommend staying here to anyone. My favorite part was the terrace. I loved having coffee and wine on the terrace while listening to the church bells.

Thank you Antioco for everything. Place was perfect, cozy and beautyfull :) Sardinia is amazing Island. Big greatfull for allbthe recommendation where to eat, buy and what to visit, but the most for the fact rhat you was always available and open for every question :)

A handy place to stay not far from tge centre of Bosa. Roomy apartment with everything you need for a great stay.

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

Apartment is clean and silent, easy to find and few minutes by foot from the city centre. The host is communicative and friendly. Inside you can find essentials what you need to everyday life. Apartament has a little garden. Free parking on the street. :))))

The place was super nice & clean. We didn't miss anything. Within walking distance there is a Lidl and you can also reach the city in 15 minutes. Gianluca even welcomed us very warmly with a welcome gift and gave us the best recommendations for nearby restaurants, sights and beaches. In addition, he was always very quickly available and extremely helpful! Since my boyfriend is over 1.90 m tall, and a metal frame surrounds the bed, the bed was unfortunately a little too small for him. The apartment is also quite bright, you could often hear the family above us, but never late in the evening or at night. But neither of these changes the fact that we recovered well and had a wonderful time in Sardinia! :)
