Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house", because everything seems to be in a reduced format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A comfortable and welcoming nest of love, suitable for those who want to have sensory experiences (especially gastronomic!) in this less known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plains, hills and mountains and a living, authentic tradition

The Sardinian house in the valley

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. The property features a private garden with a swimming pool and an enchanting courtyard with an outdoor dining table

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

DomuMalaspina is located in the historic center of Bosa, called Sa Costa, at the foot of the Malaspina castle The property includes 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double with a private bathroom, and a twin, a dining area and kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, an oven and a coffee machine, two bathrooms, one on the first floor including a washing machine, and the other on the ground floor dug entirely into the rock, enriched with a Cerasarda plating, entirely Made in Sardinia!

Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

This is not an apartment designed to be rented. I recently renovated it in a contemporary style so that I can reserve some escapes from the routine with my wife in our beloved Porto Alabe. At the same time, I am proud to share that wonderful sunset view with people who, like me, love that light feeling of freedom and wonder. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts, so you don't have to think about what to bring with you, but only to enjoy the relaxation.
