Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Private entrance, ground floor and located by the forest. 2 km away from the authentic old town of Goedereede with its cozy inner harbor and terraces. Ouddorp is known for its beach clubs. Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Stay in a private cottage on our peaceful alpaca farm in the Dutch countryside. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. Dogs are welcome and can roam safely in the private fenced garden! Located in the Hoeksche Waard, about 25 minutes from major cities and 40 minutes from the North Sea. Walking and cycling routes start from the property! The cottage has a cozy loft with a comfortable double bed and a pellet stove for colder days. Meet our friendly alpacas during your stay!

Parking is included. Enjoy peace and space in this special green spot on the water, on the outskirts of downtown. All the comforts you need: air conditioning, free WiFi. A Nespresso machine for delicious coffee. The Vroesenpark is across the street, Diergaarde Blijdorp is a 10-minute walk away, as well as metro Blijdorp (800m). Close to the city center and exit roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
