A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

You will love the large front porch and living room with plenty of space for everyone. Updated kitchen with all the amenities. Two bedrooms with closets & drawers. Picnic bench with stainless steel grille & Bonfire Solo Stove outside. Hot & cold outdoor shower to wash off the sand, after a day at the beach. Off road parking on the side of the house.

The apartment is private and in a separate wing of a converted factory complex which includes an owner occupied building and artist studio in a quiet residential neighborhood. One bedroom on the ground floor with full bath nearby. The other bedroom is in the loft with queen bed with a daybed in the sitting area for two extra guests. We gladly welcome clean, well behaved pets. ($50 pet fee) Pet sitting and dog walking available for an additional fee. On site babysitting also available.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. We are less than a mile from Saybrook Point Inn and Spa, and 10 minutes to Water's Edge Resort and Spa.
