This was our second time here and it was a wonderful place to stay, as always. Lovely little sanctuary with very kind and friendly hosts. Can’t beat this charming home and location. It’s fantastic. Highly recommend!

We continue to visit Rose’s house for our yearly weekend girls getaway. It’s the perfect cozy beautiful place to catch up with friends and relax. Rose is an amazing host!

Beautiful home in a quite peaceful area . Note that it is a little difficult to find if you are traveling at night but John was very helpful in giving directions. Bed was VERY comfortable and house had all the basic amenities you would need from kitchen supplies to personal hygiene items you may have forgotten to bring yourself. Would highly recommend to other guests.

Cute and cozy home with lovely outdoor sitting area. Woke up to the sounds of the breeze and chirping birds! You can see the water from out the kitchen windows!

Laurie was an amazing host, very responsive! We wanted to bring our dog with us for the weekend and the fenced in yard added to the great experience! The place is much larger than the photos with plenty of living room space for the family. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything needed! We appreciated her hospitality and friendliness and would definitely stay again!

The place was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and just what I was looking for. CJ was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend get away. It’s a great location close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This was my 6th stay at Sweet Caroline, so that alone should prove that I love staying here! It truly has become my Connecticut home away from home. Johnathon and Glorimar are wonderful hosts--very friendly and easy to get ahold of. As someone born and raised in Connecticut but a Californian since 1992, the location of the house is perfect for me. I would recommend it to anyone who may be experiencing the Connecticut shoreline for the first time. What really made this particular visit different was that I was here for a family funeral, and the fact that I had to come during the holiday season made this trip difficult. I was so surprised then when I entered the house and saw a beautiful Christmas tree all lit up to greet me. The house was also decorated with lights on the outside as well. This really boosted my spirits at an otherwise difficult time. Whenever I need a place to stay in Connecticut, this is where I always want to stay!

Chloe's home was perfect for our stay as we wanted to be near my son in Old Saybrook. She was responsive and accommodating with my questions and needs always getting back to me right away. Check in was easy and I received emails all along the way which was helpful as I am a first time airbnb person. The home was immaculate with everything as it said it would be. I would definitely stay again and recommend this home.

Had a great 5 day stay. The homes description matched perfectly and the host was very responsive. The fenced in back yard was ideal for our 2 dogs and the area was very peaceful.

Unique mid-century mod house design with glass walls viewing the deck & garden, comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, short safe walk to the beach & nearby playground. Responsive hosts. Pristine bathrooms & plush linens. Sauna! Parents of young children may want to block access to the spiral stairs & loft. Older kids will want to hang out in the cool loft! Also perfect for yoga… Great food & brews at nearby Haywire Burger Bar! We plan to return. Thank you Melissa & Patricia

We were looking to stay somewhere peaceful and relaxing to celebrate a graduation, and this property hit every mark. In a weird way, the photos dont do it justice with how nice the property is and how comfortable it was to stay in. The host was also very responsive and reasonable with our check in / check out. 10/10 will try to come back one day!

The house was great and we were able to get Ubers to go to dinner. Beautiful house and stocked with everything you would need. We were on a girls weekend and had trouble with the locks but we just used the key. It could have just been us. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home.

I can not say enough to describe how incredibly wonderful our stay with Kirby was. We had a longer stay than we originally thought and our host could not have been more helpful with suggestions to help us navigate my husband stay at Yale. The home is warm, welcoming filled with everything you could possibly need. I have stayed in many bs and bs and they are far superior in their attention to every detail and available and responsive to your questions if you ever have any. You will throughly enjoy a blissful time here.

This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Everything was as described and absolutely spotless - including the pool. I would highly recommend Julia’s house for both short and long stays as there is plenty to do and see in the area and the house is close to everything yet tucked away for peace and quiet and beautiful views.

Had an excellent stay at Eileen’s place. The house was extremely clean and perfect size for a couple. Beautiful view and surroundings. Only wish I had more time to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again if I return.

Alexandra’s place was a great stay for our weekend get away. Short walk to the beach and near anything else you might need. Alexandra was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had.

Rosemary’s house is beautiful and was perfect for our stay! There was 8 of us and it was just right!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

I went there to relax and to see and hear the ocean... it didn't disappoint... Not only sand and ocean waves, but I got a birds-eye view of a small members only marina (dealing mostly in sailboats). Plus the added enjoyment of watch boat traffic since we're close to NY and the islands. Plenty of beach to play on and constant sm wave action. Lots of restaurants, stores and Costco all within 15 minutes of the house if you need something. I would definitely return to enjoy this sanctuary. Sandy Y. Manchester CT

We only stayed the weekend, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was outstanding! The house is big and beautiful. Everything was immaculate. Bill was very responsive. The fenced in yard was perfect with our dogs. My family and I felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back!

We spent a few days at this amazing place and absolutely loved it! The house is cozy, very clean, well-organized, and beautifully decorated – great taste in every detail. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace – perfect spots to relax. The location is also excellent. The host provides bikes, and we used them to explore the nearby beaches and ride around the town. It was exactly the peaceful and relaxing break we needed from our busy routine. We would definitely come back! ♥️

This place is amazing and was absolutely perfect for our family! We enjoyed every moment spent in this beautiful, cozy home. The thoughtful design, immaculate cleanliness, attention to every small convenience, and kid-friendly features made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—everything we wanted to explore was within a short 10-minute drive, and charming cafes and restaurants were just a quick 3-minute walk away. This trip was special to us, and thanks to Kyle and Jen, it exceeded all our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and will definitely recommend this house to all our friends. We know exactly where we’ll stay next time we’re in Mystic!
