A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Of course, there is Wi-Fi, outdoor seating, parking and free access to the pool. A hot tub and sauna are available at an additional cost. A great starting point for discovering the beauty of the Zlín Region and for a relaxing rest by the pool.

Pohovku umístěnou u obrovského okna situovaného na východ s výhledem na Vizovické vrchy a velkého okna na sever s výhledem na trnkový sad využijete na klidné chvíle a zakusování něčeho dobrého. Během grilování v podvečer osvítí západní sluníčko terasu před naším domečkem, kdy uplatní své gastronomické dovednosti nejeden gurmán.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
