The house is located between Le Mans (24 Hours cars, motorcycles, trucks, Cité Plantagenêt, Papéa Parc) and Alençon (Normandy region, Cité des Ducs) and 8 minutes from the highway. Enjoy the banks of Sarthe, discover the Alpes Mancelles, atypical villages, castles, lakes and forests. Our fully equipped house is happy to accommodate business travelers. Shops nearby (2 km). On the grounds: small pond surrounded by a fence, remaining under adult supervision.

The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
