Welcome to our country-beach house. A unique two storie building consisting of two autonomous apartments , connected by a marble stair. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms , open plan living room - kitchen and a bathroom. Play with your family in the grassy garden full of fruity trees and enjoy your selfmade meaty treats in our barbecue area. Situated in a small village called Kokkoni near Ancient Korinthos (14klm) , on the old national road of Korinthos Patra. Nearest beach only 15 mins by foot.

It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

Kapsalakis Penthouse

Kapsalakis Penthouse is located in one of the most central spots in Corinth, just a three-minute walk from the main square (Panagi Tsaldari or Perivolakia) and the city's shops. Also within walking distance (6 km) is the much talked about Kalamia beach and within a five-minute drive the beautiful Loutraki with its Thermal Springs and nightlife. The apartment is 40 sq.m. and has a 120 sq.m. balcony overlooking the entire Corinthian Gulf.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
