Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

There are shopping opportunities in the village of Skårup - and Svendborg is only a 10-minute drive away. The apartment overlooks green fields, and from the two terraces you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises and end the day with a sundowner when the sun sets.
