The Gatehouse is on a private equestrian property on the edge of the lovely village in Upwell, 6 miles wisbech, 6 miles downham market and 19 miles kings lynn, great local pubs & restaurants, fishing , walking the dog, set on a lovely quiet country road with walk along the river within 2 minutes, lovely hacking if you wanted to bring your horse away use of menage show jumping paddock & stabling available , we have sheep , goats and chickens and a little childrens play area, good parking,

A one bedroom (sleeps 4) converted barn in the idyllic village of Shouldham, nestling on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a fantastic forest with woodland trails to walk, jog or cycle. Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.
