Particularly noteworthy is the extremely good transport connection (bus/train about 5 minutes' walk, train station with direct connections to e.g. Düsseldorf/Cologne etc. about 7 minutes' walk, A57 access 10 minutes' drive (Messe-D 15 minutes). u The apartment was completely newly renovated in 2018 and furnished with a lot of love for detail, so you feel very comfortable here. The laundry room can also be used.
