In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Delightful and spacious sea view apartment, recently renovated, in the historic center of the medieval village of Suvereto. Located on the second floor of a historic building, in the pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants, but in a quiet area. You can drive up to the house by car for unloading. Free parking is available nearby. Here you will experience the authentic life of a lively medieval village and you can reach the beaches of Baratti, Rimigliano, Sterpaia, Carbonifera in 20 minutes.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.

Our house, fresh from a renovation in 2024, combines the charm of history with modern comfort in 90 m2 all on one level. Every detail has been designed to give you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition meets well-being: exposed wooden beams, ancient decorations patiently brought to light by me... and the principles of Feng Shui guide the design, colors and arrangement of the furnishings and rooms.

Cozy rustic apartment, within walking distance of the historic center of Suvereto. Located on the second floor of an old farmhouse with over a century of history, it has a large terrace overlooking the garden. The building overlooks the "Parco degli Ulivi", a green space used in the summer for village festivals.
