A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

A two-storey apartment, comprised of a large living room, kitchen with dining table and corner chimney made. Climbing the internal staircase made of Florentine terracotta tiles you reach the first floor with two double bedrooms. One of the rooms has a private terrace and each room has a bathroom with a glass shower stall and tiles in travertine and marble. From both bedrooms of this apartment, you will enjoy the wonderful view of the swimming pool surrounded of Chianti hills.

The Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.
