Cottage by the lake with hot tub, sauna and sandy beach

This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and a jetty with a wood-fired hot tub for 5 people. Perfect even for winter swimming! The view out over the lake is amazing! The cottage is 42 km v with 2 sleeping lofts, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven with stovetop, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the terrace which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun chairs. This is a quiet, nature-laden accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with proximity to both the country and the water. Newly renovated (2023) guest house with one bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, a sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchenette there is a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a stovetop and an electric kettle. Free WIFI. From the kitchenette you reach the green back with patio, barbecue, garden furniture. On our yard there are two cats, some chickens and summer time usually some horses. Free parking.

Newly built cottage in peaceful environment, fenced plot. Located at the back of our house. Bed linens and towels are included. The house is a double bed, a bunk bed (1 person) and a sofa bed (1 person max 2) Kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning , barbecue. The house is close to Lake Vänern , Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing village, bicycle and hiking trails . Nice cottage on beautiful Kållandsö.

Pleasantly furnished, well-equipped cottage with terrace and own garden. 4 km. to Läckö Castle with Victoria House, Stallet, restaurant and kiosk. To Spiken's fishing port 4 km. grocery store, café, nice restaurants, mini golf course. To Läckö golf course 3 km, restaurant and kiosk Hörviken marina, 3 km, restaurant "Eight glasses". In Otterstad, 1 km north from the cottage there is a 24-hour open shop. Near the cottage there are several hiking trails in beautiful nature. I welcome guests for longer stays throughout the summer.

The cottage is beautifully positioned with views over the mosaic landscape. In the centre of the mansion with open views over fields, Lake Vänern and pastures with grazing animals in direct connection to the living. Positioned 5 km from Läckö Castle, 9 km from Spiken's fishing village and 1km from the water. Pleasant cycle paths in the surroundings. The location is private & the house was completely restored during 2019. The decor is light & modern with a new kitchen & shower/toilet.

The apartment is located like an angle in our house. Private entrance to the apartment. WiFi is available. The Pilgrim's Path to Spiken /Läckö goes right outside our house.
