Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. Self contained cottage, Great base for visiting family and friends and exploring historic towns of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon and surrounding countryside. 5 minute walk from Berkswell Station and only 10 minute train journey or a 12 minute car ride to the NEC and Airport. 5 minute by train to New Street Birmingham for shopping and nightlife. The Cottage has a large timber framed upstairs living space, a modern galley kitchen and a large double bedroom and ensuite shower room downstairs.

Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.
