The apartment is on the sixth floor, internally divided into two levels, with the living area overlooking a very scenic terrace, but every window is a picture of the sea. The house is divided into a sleeping area, with three bedrooms, two double, and one with a bunk bed, and two bathrooms with shower, large living room and separate kitchen. The house is not suitable for groups of young people and small children We look forward to seeing you!

Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.

Nel giardino ci sono doccia ,sdraio, tavolo Le località del Tigullio sono a pochi km di distanza (bus/auto) Vicini alla casa i sentieri del Parco di Portofino dai quali si può vedere il Golfo del Tigullio ,oltre e il golfo Paradiso. Ristoranti tipici (raggiungibili a piedi).

Overlooking a beautiful beach in a typical Genoese building is this small and refined attic completely renovated with a bathroom and kitchen just finished and finely furnished with a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Margherita and Portofino which is only 3 km away. HOUSE WITHOUT ELEVATOR WITH 4 FLOORS OF STAIRS, A LITTLE TIRING but compensated by a unique view! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES both for the stairs and for the limited space of the attic.
