À cinq km du centre d’Alès dans les Cévennes gardoises, loue, uniquement à des non fumeurs, dans un quartier résidentiel d’un village calme très beau F3, (quatre couchages) situé au rez-de-chaussée d’une maison individuelle dont j’occupe l’étage. Il vient d’être refait à neuf. Très belles prestations. 70 € la nuit. Possibilité de bons repas (spécialité couscous) en sus. Fêtards s’abstenir. Ma résidence n’étant pas une maison de passes, merci d’aller voir ailleurs si vous venez pour ça !

La Capucine

La Capucine is located near the mechanical hub and five minutes from Alès, the capital of the Cévennes. The accommodation is adjoining our house, it can accommodate two people in a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, and two children on a sofa bed, 140/190 bed. Guests can enjoy the garden and park their vehicle in the yard. The property is secured by an electric gate. Bikers will have the opportunity to put their bike away in a covered and closed garage.

Everything is there: 160 cm bed on the mezzanine, equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, wood stove, bathroom with large shower, living room. Forget your worries in this peaceful 40 m2 accommodation on the ground floor of our house in the countryside to enjoy nature 6 km from Alès and St Martin de valgalgues, less than 5 km from the mechanical pole. 3.6 km from Cendras and coccimarket. Covered BBQ area Shared swimming pool, unheated but with good sun exposure The bedroom has a sofa bed as an extra bed for a 2nd person. We remain discreet in order to respect our guests.
