Duplex apartment in a 2-unit building it is located in the city center 750 meters from the semi-pedestrian street, 800 meters from the train station and 900 meters from a supermarket there are free spaces in front of the building. it has a 150 m2 enclosed garden shared between the 2 apartments. it is fully equipped, the bed will be made on arrival and there are 2 towels per person. Guingamp is located 20 minutes from the sea. In the city center you will find restaurants, a theater, a cinema and a swimming pool

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The home was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 8 guests. During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.
