Quality assurance and maintenance. Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. EPA-registered cleaning products. All our products meet EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. Trained Professionals. Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Correct PPE Usage. All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals. Linens and bedding All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. Disinfected and sanitised high-touch surfaces at our property. We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly sanitised and also the correct pH level. In order to keep any risks to a minimum. Does a hot tub kill the coronavirus? COVID-19 is not technically a living organism and therefore cannot be 'killed' as such. Advice from both BISHTA and a USA-based equivalent suggests that the coronavirus would in fact be deactivated in correctly sanitised water that is at the correct pH level. What should I do to be safe? This advice should really be followed at all times when using your hot tub, not just during this pandemic. Anybody using the hot tub should shower thoroughly before bathing, removing any pollutants on your body - make-up, hair products, sun cream, etc. This is good not just for your own health and the health of your bathers, but also for keeping your water chemistry balanced. This will allow the chlorine in your hot tub to kill bacteria in the water more effectively, which is it's job. .Check in / check out times. Due to covid-19 our cleaners are going to need more time to get the lodges to the standard that is required. The strict new check-in, check-out times must be adhered too. Unfortunately they will be no allowances for early or late check-in/check-outs with the current situation of covid-19. Check in time is after 5pm. Check out time is before 9am. Changes to facilities.
