U blizini se nalaze znamenitosti grada Rovinja- Zavičajni muzej, Balbijev luk, kuća o batani, Crkva Sv. Eufemije i druge..te brojni barovi i restorani.

The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.
