We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

Sunny Cottage, one of the 5 cottages at Cozy Nook is 2 miles from downtown and the Outlets. Sunny has one bedroom with a King Size bed and additional sleeping for one adult (2 small children) on a pull out couch. Linens and towels will NOT be provided. Kitchenette with toaster, single burner cook top, microwave and coffee maker (drip).Enjoy the grassy outdoor space with your own fire pit. Plenty of room for the children to play.
