Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, labeled "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my developments. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You'll love it for the views, decor, and cobblestone streets. In summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.

You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

La Villa posséde un garage, dans lequel vous pourrez aussi stocker canoé, vélo.., ainsi qu'un cellier.

Ideal for two people (and a child who can sleep in an extra bed), this charming 65 m2 cottage will welcome you for a quiet holiday in the heights of a small village in the south of Ardèche. Direct departure for hikes as we are the last house before the woods. River 15 minutes' walk, grocery store 5 minutes' walk, Cirque de Gens (large climbing site) 20 minutes' walk, Chauvet 2 Cave and Vallon Pont d'Arc 20 minutes' drive.

Located 5 minutes from the Cirque des Gens, the village of Balazuc and the Ardèche gorges, this house is the perfect place to relax and disconnect from everyday life. Very modern and pleasant to live in, it consists of a beautiful living room overlooking a large covered terrace where calm settles, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second with 2 80 cm beds that can be transformed into a 160 cm bed, 2 bathrooms with toilet.
