Thank you to Penny and her husband for the amazing opportunity to stay at their beautiful enchanted cottage. My family of stayed here over the weekend to visit my grandmother in near by Brick and it was a great location! First impression was amazement as I met Penny after 8pm for check-in. She was very accommodating to our travel changes appreciated her flexibility so we could spend more time with her on check out day. Based on the photos and description I did not realize it was an actual cottage apart from the main house. I have never seen a property quite like this before so I was in awe. The back yard was beautifully decorated for Christmas. As I entered the cottage, it was like walking into a Hallmark Movie Christmas cottage with a cozy feel, tastefully decorated, and completely spotless. My family and I loved all the little extras, from the welcome basket of snacks and bottle of Italian mineral water, to additional toiletries if we forgot anything. We enjoyed Christmas movies by the beautiful gas fireplace while playing monopoly and apples to apples together. If only the weather was warmer, we would have enjoyed the private patio and bbq. Everything about this property is beyond a 5 and beyond all our expectations and hope to be back very soon. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

The first time I went to Point Pleasant I made the mistake of staying at a Hotel. Second time I looked at Airbnb and found this place. It was by far the best price/quality place that I found. For the price what you pay you are getting so much more than you could ever expect! The place is extremely clean, has an amazing bed, couches, the kitchen is incredible, the shower is amazing. I mean the list just goes on and on, if I could give one place more than 5 stars it would be this one. Definitely stay at the Enchanted Cottage if you get a chance it's way worth it, and you get a private back yard! Aside from the place being amazing, Penny and her husband were extremely welcoming! I could not have asked for a better stay Thank you so much to both of you!

Great hosts! Would definitely stay again. We got our own private apartment with a smart tv, a kitchen, and it was right by the water.

Madeline responds quickly and is very kind. We had to cancel last minute due to the virus break out, my parents are elderly and my sister is very ill, we were unable to visit them because the facilities they stay at would not allow it. So we had to cancel, Madeline was very understanding and we plan to book with her again in the future when this virus is over. Thank you !

This was a wonderful space for my stay! Madeline was more than available for anything that I needed during my trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sunrise on the deck in the am off the bay was marvellous! All the snacks available with coffee and water provided added a nice touch. If you want quiet you can hear a pin drop around the area. It was really nice to have that. I would recommend this space if you are in this area. Thanks again!!!

We stayed at Rob's house for a night after attending a wedding in Point Pleasant. His house is very easy to find, very clean, and very comfortable. The house is in a very safe neighborhood and was close to all the places we needed to get to that weekend. Rob is a very friendly, laidback host and made the check-in process very easy. We didn't need much for our short stay but Rob was more than happy to provide additional information if we needed it. Would definitely recommend!

Rob's place was great! He was very welcoming and just a warm person. He really made us feel at home there and hopefully next time we'll get to paddleboard with him. He's really laid back and his place is gorgeous. Great to just kick back and relax

Staying at Rob's was really easy and conveniently located close to the beach. Rob was more than accommodating to the busy wedding weekend schedule I had and I had no problems going to/from his stay to wherever I needed to be.

Rob is a great host. We had a wonderful time staying at his house, relaxing on his terrace and walking to beach and observing dolphins. The house was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had interesting conversations with Rob. We can totally recommend staying there.

Easy check in nice and clean

Rob’s home is truly a hidden gem. Clean, comfortable, and homey. It being our first time staying at and Airbnb, it was an amazing first experience for us. One that paved the way to possibly trying Airbnb for future travels.

Great location and host! You’re a short walk from the train station, the beach, food & bars. Rob is super easy going and was extremely hospitable (gave a us dinner suggestions, local beach-goer tips, etc.). When we come back, we hope to stay at Rob’s again. I would recommend this spot to anyone

Despite it not being the summer season, we absolutely loved staying here. It has every creature comfort of home. It was meticulously clean and the bed was so comfortable. The park down the block is just perfect for a nice walk along the water or to walk your dog. It really is the whole package!!!

Our family flew back to NJ to celebrate an 80th birthday. The home was quiet, comfortable, conveniently located and immaculate. Susan was quick with responses and we were so appreciative to stay here!

Susan's house was a perfect place for our family to spend the holidays in NJ. As others have mentioned, the open layout is great, and the house feels very spacious. We were traveling with a 9 month old and a puppy and my older parents, and everyone was comfortable! We would definitely not hesitate to stay again.

This is a beautiful and spacious home perfect set up for a family. It’s extremely clean and decorated really cute. If it were summer time we would’ve enjoyed all of the amenities outdoor (Inground pool, hot tub, lounge area, deck and grill). It was very cozy and enjoyable to stay in this home And I particularly liked the kitchen set up. Just overall great space.

This home will set you up for a wonderful stay in Bay Head! Interior design elements are top notch, the open floor plan layout is perfect to enjoy your friends and family. The grounds are manicured and the front porch is a fantastic space to enjoy your time outside. We really enjoyed our stay and know you will too!

Perfect space and location. If you're staying in Seaside Heights, this is a great place to be and is a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Roger is a great host and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I made another visit to the area.

Roger's property is well located in Seaside Heights, and an excellent value. The recently renovated condo is sparkling clean, and replete with all the necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay. Roger is amiable, and was available from start to finish to ensure my visit was enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old son. The location was perfect walking distance to the boardwalk and pier. I also liked that the outside patio was fenced off to give some privacy, and to safely allow my child to roam outside without worry of the nearby traffic. We also loved that he had a washer/dryer in the apartment as with a small child things often get dirty. We cooked in a few times and we had everything we needed to at hand. Roger was very accommodating in allowing us to stay an extra night last minute as well. He was quick to respond to questions via text & checked in on us here and there. We would absolutely love to come back and stay at Rogers place again next year!

Kens apartment at Point Pleasant Beach is the perfect place for a great beach vacation. The location was super. Just a stones throw to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Our girl loved the Aquarium and rides. It’s a great place for kids. Rides, restaurants, an aquarium and more. It was a very special time. The apartment was very neat and clean. It looks exactly like the photos. There was everything you needed. Very clean. Even has an barbecue, table and outdoor shower. You even have wi-fi. Airbnb says it doesn’t. But it does. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Ken was always ready to answer any question. I would recommend his place to others. Enjoy your time there.

Front desk staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I happen to enjoy outdated decor so that didnt bother us but made us more at home. Also very clean and good value for money! Will be back!

The Belmar inn is about a block and a half from the beach, with nice staff. The only thing that I have to complain about is the room was a bit warm. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely book there again.

I had a great experience at the Belmar Inn. The building is historic (old) and could probably use some upgrades, but it was clean, a great value in the off-season and the location can't be beat.

The Belmar Inn is a great value. Half a block from the beach. A three minute bike ride to restaurants and shopping area. A big porch from which you can see the ocean. Check-in is friendly and helpful. In addition to the fridge in each room there's also a microwave in the lobby for everybody to use that isn't even on their Air B&B amenities list. Is just a great, comfortable, easy-going place in a fabulous location.

We had a great time at Ken’s place. The location can’t be beat—it’s moments away from the beach and boardwalk. The space was clean and comfortable and Ken was an incredibly responsive, friendly, accommodating host!

This is the perfect place to experience Point Pleasant! Highly recommend! The location is a few steps from boardwalk/beach next to all the attractions, yet its set back just enough to give a little privacy. Ken is an amazing host, so friendly and outgoing. He responds within min if any questions or concerns. The home was clean with a cute beach interior that had just about everything you could possibly need during your stay. Will definitely be back next summer!

Ken’s place was perfect! Booking was super easy with fast responses. I have lived in NJ forever and have been to Point many times, however; this trip was by far my favorite. The location could not be any better. Literally 15 steps from the beautiful beach! Easy check in, parking spot right outside the back door, and I didn’t need to drive anywhere. Breakfast sandwiches and Poke bowls for lunch were right next door. Dinner/drinks on the marina only a short bike ride away. Ken also hooked it up with 2 beach chairs and 2 bikes he had in the garage when I asked. 5 min walk to Jenks, the aquarium, Tiki and the rest of the fun boardwalk! So much to do! I will definitely be saving the gem for next time. Can’t wait to go back!

Ken’s place is in the best spot. There is a path to the boardwalk and the beach from the driveway and walking distance to lots of great places! Ken was very helpful and very fast at responding. I was very comfortable at his place and very happy with my stay!

Great cozy spot for a beach getaway !!!

Katie and Mike were outstanding! Constantly checking in on our eta as well as giving a nice tour upon arrival. The space itself is a little “time capsule”. Very “cozy” such a nice escape. They have also set up an area along side the boat, overlooking the water, for relaxing around a fire. Inside the boat you can expect to find warm blankets/comforters, cozy pillows, and as much heat as you can handle. If you choose to warm it up. Dennis

If you’re looking to actually experience Bay Head, then what are you waiting for?

I am so thankful I stumbled across this rare find. Better than any hotel room or other accommodation at the shore. To spend the evening on the deck with take out and wine and then waking up to the sunrise all while docked in a quiet private waterway of the Jersey shore. Nothing compares. We even were able to heat up our breakfast on the below deck stove. It was the perfect spot to spend a late summer night. We will definitely be back!

My friend and I had a delightful stay in this tiny space and appreciated the opportunity to try something different. Simple but quaint and charming.

The hosts do a good job of representing what they have to offer and what you should expect. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, it is a fun, unique experience. If you don't want to deal with the compromises of staying on a boat, there are plenty of cookie-cutter hotels in the area. For the more adventurous, however, this is a great choice.

A beautiful, very cool experience on a gorgeous boat. I highly recommend Katie's place for a short, romantic getaway, or for a taste of what it's like to live on the seas. The cabin interior is stunning, and the deck is a great place to hang out and enjoy nice weather.

Super cute and clean bungalow in a great location. If you like to walk you can walk to a coffee shop and diners. If you like to walk farther or run, the beach is only a couple miles away and it’s all on a sidewalk. Lovely time. The dog and cat are friendly and quiet and clean. The bathroom is shared.

Livija was friendly and very accommodating. Kyle was very knowledgeable. Close to the beach and reservois walking path. I felt very comfortable, safe and it was very clean. The home was quiet. Very safe and secure area. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a TV mounted on the wall in the room.

Great spot for a shore getaway! Convenience store, liquor store, bars, places to eat all within walking distance. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk so very easy to get to. The studio is small but has exactly what you need. Full size fridge was great! Nice water pressure in the shower, too. Highly recommend for a weekday/weekend getaway.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Mark is a great host. Very straight forward and accommodating. The place itself is in a great location. It’s about 5 blocks from the beach, but it’s on the main street in Belmar which is full of bars and restaurants. It’s tiny, but perfect for 2. Parking was extremely convenient being that there is a spot provided right behind the building. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend others to stay here as well.

I just came with my dog and boyfriend, we loved it and found a bunch of cool places to eat and hang out! I’d definitely come back with a larger group because this place is definitely comfortably equipped for large groups!

Katherines place was amazing. Its was a perfect little house with all the cozy and warming aspects you would expect. Everything was super clean and she had so much already in the house for here guests to use. Very quiet neighborhood and the train being so close is not a bother. The bed was not as bad as other reviews may claim. If very picky with mattresses and that was just fine. I would definitely recommend you stay here. I know I will be back.

Mark's place was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. The apartment is adjacent to Main St. with easy walking access to many shops, restaurants, and bars.

I stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed this little place a lot. The price was great, almost suspiciously so. My suspicions turnedout to be completely unfounded. The layout wasn't ideal, with the bathroom on another floor as the bedroom, but that was hardly in issue in practice. Everything was clean and there were no bad surprises. I would gladly stay here again.

This is a great location for enjoying the town of Belmar as well as the beach. Close to unique bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Great value and great location! The apartment was a bit smaller but a perfect size for two people. Located right off of Main Street so you are sure to be in the middle of everything!

This is a cool space. Very clean, excellent wifi, good coffee, good air conditioning. It is about a 10 min walk to the beach, but any inconvenience caused by this is leveled out by the proximity to Main St. with all its places to eat, and its a like a 3 min walk from Bar A if you are interested in the nightlife. Mark is prompt and clear with his communication, and you get a free parking spot. Pretty good deal, especially for the shore. PS. Bike cops hang at the edge of the parking lot at night sometimes, I think to make sure the Bar A crowd doesn't bring any rowdiness into the neighborhood.

Gerald's place is one of the best to stay in at Seaside heights! You have a complete apartment with all the amenities; 1/2 a block from the ocean and boardwalk. This is the second year I have stayed at Gerald's and will always be my first choice when I can get back to the ocean.

This space is very beautiful and spacious. There was only 2 of us so it was almost too much space. We enjoyed every detail of the space from the matching place settings to the well tended plants in the sun room. Would definitely stay again on this property.

Christine’s place is even nicer than the pictures imply! Clean, comfortable, warm, and full of plant life, her place is really comfortable if you’re looking to be anywhere in the Brick area. The unit was bright and cheery - seasonally decorated, which added its own charm!! The bedroom, bed was comfortable. The kitchen well appointed, and bathroom spacious and very clean. I would stay here again, and again!!

From booking to arrival and departure Christine thought of everything the suite was spotless all we had to do bring our selves and suitcases we felt safe and secure at her location we had easy access to local eateries restaurants stores Boardwalk and beaches I know in the future we look forward to booking with Christine

The cottage was perfect for us and our 6 yo grandson. He loved the top bunk, and the area was good to allow him to ride his bike as we walked to the ocean or the short distance to Wawa for breakfast sandwiches. Mattresses were comfy. Wendy was instantly responsive to help with a question.

Great property! Steps from boardwalk and the beach. 7/11 less than a block away. Police and fire dept right on corner. Acme and ShopRite few miles away. Apartment is super clean with spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is great, living area is also good with two couches. This would be the perfect rental for a summer beach getaway for 2 couples or a family with kids. Meghan is super responsive and generous with check in time. I have no complaints during my weekend trip!!

Livija’s place was perfect for our trip to the jersey shore. The space was extremely clean and the setup was great. A large air conditioned room located in the basement with a queen sized bed, end tables, a large dresser, a couch, a coffee table and a big TV. There was a separate entrance and tons of privacy. We felt as if we had our own place. There was a small kitchen and a bathroom located in the upstairs hallway, right before the door with the steps leading down to the basement and right after the private entryway. The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was very large. I’d definitely recommend staying here. There is street parking right outside the home and it’s about a 15-20 minute drive to the point pleasant beach / boardwalk.

Livija’s place was great on ours quick trip to Jersey. About twenty minutes from the beach in Asbury, the room was large and super clean. Air conditioned in a basement set up, private from the rest of the house, with separate back entrance. The bathroom was big and clean, with a small kitchen in close proximity. Privacy was ensured, communication was good once we called on arrival. We only stayed for once night, but would recommend for anyone who’s traveling through and needs a nice place to stay!

Great little spot! Super close to the Marina Grille & Main Street restaurants, etc. Walk to the beach is around 10 - 15 minutes. We were impressed with how clean it is. If you're a light sleeper - you do hear the other tenants above you. It didn't bother us but, it could bother others depending on how you like to sleep at night.

Perfect little apartment for a weekend by the shore, located very near bars/restaurants on Main st, and a quick ride or walk to the beach.

Had a great time here! Mark was quick to respond and told us where everything is. We were five blocks off the beach and right near Boathouse. We walked everywhere. The apartment was private with a cute little deck. We plan to come back this summer!

Immaculate and comfortable. It was the perfect space to celebrate with friends. We were 5 couples and never felt like we were in each other's way. Wach having our own bedroom was a plus. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 3 small children. Big open space for a big group to hang out. Short walk to the boardwalk and in a great area. Would recommend for any family or large groups.

House is better than it looks and John was super accommodating and quick to respond. We absolutely loved the same and there was plenty of room for our big group. John's beach house is awesome! The location could not be better for a Jersey shore vacation. We are originally from the area so we know it well and were excited to spend time with our family from NJ without have to crowd into their home. We shared the house with my sister and her family and had plenty of space for everyone. John is timely with communication and very helpful. You will feel comfortable and welcome staying at John's place.

The house was perfect for a group of adults. Ample space for sleeping, hanging out & cooking. Huge living room / dining area for gathering and a deck with outdoor furniture to enjoy. We were in the area for a concert in Asbury Park and the walk to the train was less than 3 minutes, perfect for going back and forth for two days. The beach is right up the block too. Plenty of stuff to do in the area!

What a fantastic place to stay! Our large family was very comfortable at the house. Enjoyed the beach every day! We are planning on returning soon. John was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating during our stay.

The perfect space for a large family, even with toddlers. The openness of the first floor easily accommodated our large family gathering offering multiple spaces to gather or find some alone time. The kitchen is amazingly equipped and John a very responsive and helpful host. The train track, was a wonderful daily destination for our toddlers - Toot! Toot! The beach was a comfortable walk with wagon in tow. Thanks for all the great memories.
