Parrot Cay villa rentals

Debbie and Dan were exceptional hosts! They clearly care about their villa and maintain it very well. The villa was stocked with a full usable kitchen with all the tools one would need to cook in. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and can’t beat the location just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the quick walk to Taylor Bay and the villa was equipped with lots of extras like pool/beach toys, towels, etc, and even had a washer and dryer! Debbie and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and had lots of useful recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa De Isle, we will return!

Really enjoyed our stay at Jeffrey’s place. Entire place was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals including an assortment of spices, foil, etc. location was convenient. Close by airport, grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants. If you stay here be sure to check out Chinson’s for some great Jamaican grill food.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Song and the condo was beautiful, well equipped, and just as advertised. The view was stunning as well. Pamela was extremely helpful, flexible and made the entire process from reservation through our trip very easy. She was always also available if we had a question. Our stay was very relaxing and we would definitely recommend! NWP is in a very quiet part of the island and the resort never felt crowded. Staff was also very friendly. Our family loved it! Thank you!

Wow. We are beyond glad that we booked this location rather than a resort. The home is so beautiful, the location was ideal for us and the host could not have been better. There are a lot more amenities than I recall reading on Air bnb such as pots, pans, silverware, coffee makers, pool toys, snorkel gear, beach toys, etc. This villa is a very short walk to a fabulous beach, our vacation could not have been better.

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The condo area was very nice. There was two pools at different temps and a nice hot tub. Very nice landscaping. Simmons is a nice restaurant on the grounds.

We stayed in Caya Villa 2 for 1 week. The house is beautiful & exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spacious, comfortable & clean. They even provided a mid-week cleaning which was great. The bathrooms are awesome & the mattresses are comfortable. The location was decent. It is just a short 10 minute ride into the heart of Grace Bay. However, several of the roads are not paved & there are a fair amount of stray dogs. Although the house is so close to Long Bay Beach, there is no access to the beach (unless you drive for 10+ minutes), so we could not walk to the beach. The major disappointment was that we could not use the beautiful outdoor spaces of the house as we expected because the no-see-ums were really bad (we each had bw 60-100 bites) & the pool was not heated. There is a lot of vacant land in the neighborhood with overgrown vegetation which must contribute to the bugs. The pool was simply too cold for my kids (I was okay w/the temps). Overall, we had a nice week.

Excellent stay. Communication was great. Unit was very clean and was as described. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely look at this place first next time we go to Turks and Caicos

Our stay at Flamingo’s Nest was phenomenal. This house is perfect for an island escape. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The beach is a stone’s throw away, less than a 2 minute stroll. It’s a fantastic beach and we had it almost entirely to ourselves— so different from the crowded beaches of Provo. There is a convenient store (KJs) about a 3 minute drive. North Caicos itself is amazing and worth the extra effort to get to. Everywhere we went we were just about the only visitors there. Can’t recommend both the island and the house enough.

The house was easy to find, our specific door was a little more difficult to locate but we tried the combination and found it that way. The room was clean, quiet and very well located - just a couple of minutes from the beach. If you want to stay in Gracy bay I would recommend this place.

Great location, walkable to all of Grace Bay Beaches and resorts and the local plazas. Roomy house with everything you need. Cold AC that we actually turned down most of the time. Nice private area and the shared pool was always available. Screened in porch was a game changer to keep the young ones in their own space most of the time.

We had a great five days here. We rented both cottages and they were perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was nice, plenty of outdoor seating, the kayaks were fun, the location was quiet. It is about 20 minutes from Grace Bay area, but you can't access Grace Bay unless you are stying along the water. We did go to dinner overnight in that area and we did not think it was an issue. There is a beach less than a 5 minute walk away with chairs and umbrellas to rent, but we preferred another more quiet, beautiful beach with shallow water about a 2 minute drive away. A car is needed. Coolers are in each unit, chairs and beach towels provided. the laundry was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.

This place is a dream. The views were spectacular, the beach was RIGHT THERE! The pool was nice and never crowded. The set up on the beach was amazing - so many lounge chairs and beautiful white umbrellas. And you could walk to anywhere in grace bay ON THE BEACH. The walk to the Ritz was no more than 15 min for example. I just can't say enough about this place. Also Matthew was fantastic. gave us great recommendations, always attentive. Will definitely be back !

Some much could be said about our stay! Wonderful view, very clean, private pool, and relaxing atmosphere! Sing a song private beach was absolutely one of our favorite spots! Bring a float toy, umbrella, cooler, and float all day in the calm shallow blue waters! It was a little tricky to find but worth it! It’s a very rocky road just past Villa de Ligera on google maps. I recommend bringing provisions with you or stopping at the larger Graceway IGA before heading to the house. Also, stop at the Duty Free at the airport since alcohol is very expensive. However, must try the local spirits and beer. Sweet T’s had awesome chicken at an affordable price “5.00” cash only! Must stop at Da Conch rum bar for the best drinks and you will see large conch shells everywhere on the beach! You may even see horseback riding tours! We enjoyed every single day looking at the beautiful blue waters from the studio! Will definitely return!

Gabriel and Judy were amazing hosts. Beautiful location and cozy bungalow! Would stay here again In a heartbeat.

We travel to Turks & Caicos a lot and Melissa home was truly a gem. Melissa home is in private peaceful location and the description was very accurate according to what’s listed on Airbnb. Her communication was on point as well. When, we return to the islands we would book her home again.
