Hiking, skiing, cycling, enjoying – the surroundings have their magic at any time of the year. Lake Constance (Lindau) is only 20 minutes away by car.

Very quiet location. Terrace from which the sunset can be observed. Contact with animals is possible. We currently have donkeys, sheep and cats. Many excursions in the surrounding area. Very nice bike and hiking trails possible directly from the house. Lake Constance is just 15 km away. Short drive for excursions to the mountains and Lake Constance. Many hiking and mountain biking opportunities directly from the property. Guided mountain bike tours can be provided upon request, too.

Our house is about 300 years old - a typical Allgäu settler house made of wood, of which there are fewer and fewer. We have extensively ecologically restored it and equipped it with all the modern comforts you could wish for: ceramic stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, oversized shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. If you heat with wood in winter, the whole house smells cozy. Clay plaster ensures a cozy indoor climate. Right on your doorstep you will find a bakery and dairy.

* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (May–September, not heated) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It accommodates 7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away; Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

We rent a newly built and lovingly furnished apartment, in the old cow barn with private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Of course they can use our garden shed, lawn, barbecue and playground. Parking is available directly at the yard. Feel free to explore our yard. We are still a working farm, so of course there are many animals on the farm, but of course the tractor also drives from time to time or a cow moos.
