This is a truly unique location. It's huge, has many interesting rooms, and def. recommend it for big groups or small company get togethers. Esther was very friendly, helpful and fast. 10/10 would recommend.

We went during midweek in December and we had amazing value for money. The tower is awesome. We felt like the kings of the town :).

The Watertower is an amazing location, offering all of the stuff needed for conferences, including enough space for retreat. It was better than expected and the beach, an ocean, library/cinema/shopping is all nearby. We had a very focused week where we coded about the future of the Internet with the ActivityPub community – the strong consensus in the end was that we should repeat this event in the next year at the same place. Thanks so much.

The Water Tower, What a wonderful location to stay. Near the center of Vlissingen and near the beach. A place to relax in the beautiful atmospheric furnished rooms. After a long walk on the beach you can enjoy the gas fire. It is very nice to see from the sitting and eating area. The children loved to discover exciting spots in the water tower and at the top of the tower a beautiful view over Vlissingen and the sea. Definitely a location to return to again.

The wooden summerhouse is very, very comfortable and super equipped. We even had a high chair for children. Nelleke was very helpful. In the village there is a supermarket and the sea is not far. We would like to come back again!

We had a very nice stay with Ria and Nico. It was sparkling clean and you had everything you need for a short trip. It is 5 minutes to the beach and there are some small cafes and restaurants. After the first night we were surprised with breakfast, very nice! :)

Bianca's place is great to relax for a few days (or longer). It is in a rural setting with splendid views over the fields, the beach is probably 10 minutes by car. The amenities are great, internet is fast.

Surprised by the good facilities in the apartment: also washing machine and dishwasher. Fresh eggs in the fridge. All cooking utensils. Quiet place. Excellent quality bed. Decently. Easy parking. We are happy to come back.

Our stay in Bianca's house was very pleasant! The property is small, but fully equipped. We were able to cook ourselves and it was very nice that there were two separate bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay in the house: everything was immaculate, fridge with some basic necessities, fresh fruit, aperitif nuts and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Beautiful space with every comfort, fully equipped kitchen and upstairs 2 beautiful bedrooms. Village nearby and also beach and nature reserve Oranjezon (recommended !!!!) at barely 2 kilometers. Super thoughtful to prepare a baby bed especially for us. Good contact in the days we were there! You are at the beach in 4 minutes so that is easy to do! In short: had a great week!

We were with 6 adults and a child in the apartment. In the large living / dining room we had wonderful breakfast together and also dinner. The location is ideal, in the middle of the pedestrian area and not far to the harbor. All in all a very nice place to stay.

It was our third time visiting Mareike and Chris and we were warmly welcomed again. The apartment is in the country and is equipped with everything we need to cook properly in the kitchen is no problem at all. We appreciate the tranquility there, the family connection and at the same time you are quick to go shopping in Middelburg or Seeroskerke or to the beach in Oostkapelle and De Manteling.

Nice welcome, hospitable and friendly people. Even though we have not been able to see much of the area due to other obligations (leave early and return late) a perfect place to spend a few days.

Everything as in the photos and in the description: nice and spacious room with the extra possibility of the own kitchen that offers a lot of possibilities, although we did not use it during this weekend. Veere, nearby, has wonderful restaurants. Very attentive and friendly hostess and host - a Reel was promptly brought to the shed for charging the electric bicycle. In the summer it must be blissfully sitting on the terrace. Furthermore, completely green surroundings and by bike we were 10 minutes from Veere, about 20 minutes from Middelburg etc. We did everything by bike and should definitely go back. We are already looking forward to that.

Great apartment, beautiful location and great hosts with lots of useful local tips. We arrived late and that was totally fine. Would definitely stay again. Only things to consider, there is no built in oven and if you want a movie night when it is cold and rainy, then download in advance.

Nice and quiet apartment in a residential area near the city center (15 minutes walk). Neryna was very quick to answer when you had questions. But all the necessary information was already there. The house is clean and quite cozy. Finding a parking space was no problem either. And a small park for jogging was also nearby (if someone needs it).

However, we were always able to park nearby. You are close to the center of Middelburg and other nice towns.

Great place if you want to discover Zeeland. Think in the summer a perfect starting point to spend your holiday in your own country. Cottage had everything we needed. Spotless. In the summer you are always in the garden, now in the fall during cold evenings you may miss a couch, but we thought it was fine. Well located, near Middelburg and Vlissingen. Definitely recommended to spend some days here.

This is a lovely flat in the middle of the quiet and friendly neighbourhood of Koudekerke - really cosy space with everything you need for a nice get away. Linda was a brilliant host as well - greeted us on arrival, super friendly and gave us tips on where to visit in the local area. The room is on the 2nd floor, accessible via the common staircase. The bathroom is shared with the host family, but it was as if we had it for ourselves, not even did we notice other people; the family really takes a lot of care of the guests. The room is small, but that does not really stand out because it is very practical. Breakfast we prepared ourselves, a fridge is also available. The hostess is very attentive; Dishes were immediately rinsed, toilet paper filled and even the bath towels were changed without request after 2 times use.

Stylish farmhouse, tranquility, space, beautiful large kitchen and pleasant privacy! Near Vrouwenpolder and the beach. Mini camping in the yard of the farm. We were present in the low season which ensured that we enjoyed the ultimate rest. Recommended because of fresh air and tranquility in the shelter of Zeeland.

We had 2 nice days in the little paradijsje. The little house is in the fields between Gapinge & Vrouwenpolder. It is wonderfully quiet around you & you can enjoy nature & sun. The rooms are very well equipped & we were able to book a delicious & extensive breakfast for two days. We liked it very much, only the beds were a little too soft for us, but that's a matter of taste. We would love to come back. Hartelijke thanks best corry.

The little paradise is definitely recommended if you like peace and nature. The room is fine, spacious, bright, quiet and you have everything you need. The small gifts are also very nice. Living with Ellen means getting to know hospitality and being close to the action. The apartment is very centrally located. Restaurants are in three minutes, on foot, well reached. Likewise one is fast in the pedestrian precinct. Small streets with beautiful houses, adorn the way. Also by the sea you can walk, in five minutes. Ellen's breakfast is a magic and a perfect start to the day. With much love you get it at the desired time in the room. We were allowed to live in the big room. Which is big enough for two people. An armchair group and a breakfast nook are also in the room. The bathroom is shared with other guests. The bathroom is large and has a shower and bath, as well as two separate sinks. In summary, our holiday at Ellen was great. Thanks a lot!

Michel's house is a real gem! It is spotlessly clean, fully equipped and really feels like coming home. The location is top, you can relax here, but within 10 minutes you are also in bustling Middelburg or you can get a breath of fresh air at the beach. Michel himself is very nice, hospitable and likes to think along with you. All in all a top experience!

We have a very nice midweek spent in the beautiful house of Michel in Poppendamme. It is a beautiful house; equipped with all comforts. Michel built it himself and everything shows a love for his project with an eye for details and comfort. The cottage is equipped with many luxuries such as underfloor heating and a beautiful bath / shower combination. On arrival there were tasty things and coffee ready and during our stay we could order sandwiches from Michel. The area is beautiful, especially the beaches at Zoutelanden nearby, but Middelburg is also around the corner. All in all highly recommended!

This house is really fantastic. It is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you need and more. Lovely sitting area, nice kitchen with everything you could need, a whirlpool bath, rain shower, nice bedrooms with good beds and super clean. On arrival, the owner proudly showed us everything and cookies were waiting for us. There was already coffee and tea, herbs and olive oil. The garden is very large and you are close to Middelburg and the beach. Really recommended!

We slept here for 2 nights. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, the facilities were great, the house was nicely decorated. It was extra cozy due to the use of the pellet stove. Also a good location: close to the station and center. Adinda reacts very quickly, which made communication pleasant. We would return here anyway!

It is a functionally classified house, you have everything there is needed, separate toilet and shower is ideal. And a great experience to sleep on the beach, the sea, the boats and the beach guests, I wasn't bored. Nice pavilions, supermarket close behind the dunes. The landlord is very helpful, easy to reach and interested You have to take into account that it is stairs to get to the beach with your luggage. I enjoyed it and hope to come back again.

Regarding the flat: you get what you expect! :-) A beautiful flat near middleburg‘s centrum with very lovely but stylish equipment. Free parking as well as the possibility to rent bikes are nearby the flat. If we come back to middelburg we would like to stay again at Joel’s flat!

Joel's house is fantastic. You wish you could live there. Enough bedrooms with good beds and the attic room is large and light. The decor is a wonderful mix between modern furniture and well-chosen retro crockery and elements. Living room is spacious with good couch and wonderful table to eat and work together. And that in beautiful Middelburg.

We enjoyed this beautiful spacious home. The personal check-in and tour of the house were pleasant and received some good tips. The house was very clean and fully equipped. From the house we could walk straight into the center (5 minutes) to eat and drink something. Highly recommended to spend the night and discover Middelburg and its surroundings!

Stans & Tons were very good welcoming hosts. Very nice room & bathroom all very clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Just great! Our stay at Stans and Tom was unfortunately too short. Great residential area, chic decor of the room with two private bathrooms on the first floor (toilet and shower / bath separate) and an incredibly good breakfast which was prepared with love. The two are super friendly hosts! We were allowed to leave our bicycles in the garage and in the garden there were several seats.

Great location. Ideal starting point for cycling and getting to know the area. Excellent care. Friendly landlords who are always ready to give you advice and to chat.

a very good welcome

Stans is an absolutely exemplary host - it could not be better. The messages were answered immediately, the room with separate bathroom and toilet were clean and the breakfast was awesome! The only drawback is possibly the remote location of the great urbanization, but if a car or bicycles is available that's no problem.

Very pleasant experience after our weekend in Koudekerke at Krijn & Odette! Very smooth communication and very flexible people. The Chalet is well located: you can take long, beautiful walks in the area, but you can also visit the giant and cozy Middelburg, Veere, Goes or Vlissingen in just a few minutes by car. The cottage has all the amenities, is cozy and ideal to come home to after a long day in the city. There is also a separate parking space provided which we found very useful. We will definitely book again if we visit Kouderke again, highly recommended!

Here you can expect a cozy chalet in a quiet location, with everything it needs for a few nice days. Bakery and supermarket are within walking distance. The beach is about 2-3 km. We were there at the end of October and will gladly come back!

Very cozy cottage with lots of privacy, very quiet, friendly hosts ... We did not miss anything and enjoyed the stay, we'll be back for sure.

It is a nice retreat in their back garden, separated by a fence so you are free and you have a free entrance and parking space. The Jumbo is just around the corner, just like the bakery and the pub. If you want, you will be in Middelburg in no time. Great place so.
