Ideal for tourists, professionals on the move, trainees, teleworkers, lovers looking for a cosy nest or as a base (after a break-up, ...). For your info : some people found the stairway a bit steep.

Le Bon Coin

Le Bon Coin is a single-story house, located right next to a nature reserve, recently renovated in an industrial style, with exposed beams. An elevator will give you access to two playful mezzanines, connected by a glass walkway. In addition to this, the accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility. A carport will gladly accommodate up to four cars. These are all things that make this home unique.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with its private (unheated) swimming pool. Ideally located close to all amenities and tourist activities, 15 min from Lille center and close to the Belgian border where you will find many estaminets (restaurants). Totally independent and with its own access and parking space right in front, in a secure residence that is quiet and out of sight.
