Greetings, enjoy our well appointed 3 bedroom residence which has excellent indoor outdoor flow with a pleasant cityscape view from the deck. This sunny home has a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking. The open plan concept has a light filled dining area and the spacious lounge has a heatpump and gas heating. The two roomy double bedrooms and one single room are comfortable and airy. Close to the CBD attractions, parks and the fabulous coastal walkway.
