We were 5 women and had an amazing time here. The villa comprises 3 separate living areas, each with it's own little kitchen. We did always use the main kitchen facilities, but it was good to have the choice. The main and biggest apartment had a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a dining area and good sized kitchen. . The next was a very small apartment with twin beds and the third another small apartment with a double bed. Each apartment had a sofa, which presumably could be used as a bed. The apartments are basic, but very clean with lots of crockery and cutlery. The pool and the view is stunning! Lots of sunbeds and dining tables too. It's a 7 minute walk down to the village, but it is steep to come back up. We were fine with that and we were aged 47 to 70! Barbati was lovely. Just restaurants and pretty pebbled beaches. Not too touristy and there is a bus into Corfu town. We really loved our stay and would definitely go back.

A perfect view of the sea and the mountains of Corfu. We had a wonderful time with 10 people there. The pool and the grill made for a special holiday mood. The environment is beautiful and inviting. We were very satisfied and can only recommend holiday in the house.

Lovely lovely place, near Barbati Beach, 2,3 minutes to walk. And there is the cafe/restaurant on the beach, with premium food and drinks, and great service. The houses are placed in very urbanisticly interesting way, like labirint, but in good sense. Something very specific to that place. Great architecture, not very big space, but enough for sleeping and a travel with a couple of friends. Wasn`t expecting that kind of experience, placed with a mountain view, and with a little bit of seaview. recomend.

We recently stayed at SeaShell Maisonette. The place was better than expected. Pictures do not do it justice. The house is very close to one of the best beaches in Corfu (30 sec. walk). It is really clean with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Parking was included. Thank you Sofronios for our lovely stay in Corfu. We hope to be back one day.

The best coastal view of anywhere I've stayed. The private patio is very nice. All the cooking pots and pans and dishes were provided, everything you would need. The facility is an older apartment facility, that is Family Owned. The grounds and housekeeping staff did a great job, everyone was friendly and nice. It is an older facility, so don't expect a fancy modern apartment. It could use some updating and decorating,but all that costs money. Still a good value.

Kostantinos place was the highlight of our trip. The place had everything anyone could need. The views are breathtaking. I will recommend to anyone I know :)

Kostantinos and Lenka are very nice and friendly. They helped us with every questions we had. We rent a car at Vidos appartment which recommend us Kostas and helped with the car. Car was at realy good price and the deposit was not taken from us as we rent the appartments :) Also a big surprise from Lenka was waiting for us when we arrived to the appartmets? botle of whine and watermelon. Thank you so much guys for your help and it was a big pleasure to stay at your appartments :)

the apartment is very nice and conforms to the description with a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay of Corfu. When we arrived the woman from Konstandinos picked us up at the airport and drove us to the supermarket for shopping, which is very good. She then took us to her apartment. A bottle of wine and fruit were waiting for us on arrival !!! She gave us great tips on what to do in Corfu and what to see. We had a great stay in this apartment which we highly recommend.

This is a little paradise home. Unlike most other heartless airbnb places that try to be a hotel - this place is a charming holiday home with a terrace that makes you wanna stay there forever. We even saw dolphins one day from up there. Besides of that, we felt at home. The hosts even did some grocery shopping because we came late. We had to prolong our stay. And had a hard time leaving.

Wonderful. A short (but steep) walk to the beach, very close to shops, restaurants and bakeries, as well as the bus stop (you can go to Corfu town, or further north towards Kassiopi, or easily get picked up by tour buses, worth exploring the island further). The apartment had all we needed and although the sea view is only from one corner, we really enjoyed being close to the garden and eating on the balcony. The kitchen has all the basics you will need. Katarina is always available if you have any questions and she even sorted a taxi for our very early flight.

Studio conforms to the description, the proximity of the beach is ideal and the geographical situation allows to take full advantage of the Northeast part of the island. The pool is a plus in order to enjoy after a long day.

Amazingly helpful host, Katerina was there every time we needed her. Easy to reach and very kind. The apartment is in a location from which you can walk to the beach (downhill) and the sea is amazing there! It was one of the nicest beaches on the east side. The apartment has everything you need, including a small oven and burners which we used a few times. The cleaning people are very helpful and kind. There are a few nice restaurants and cocktail bars nearby (all walking distance). I would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

The accommodation is highly recommended, on the one hand by the beautiful location, the sea view and within walking distance of the beach. A special highlight is the outdoor shower. The kitchen has a good basic equipment and Petros is very friendly and helpful and always available. We would definitely come back!

This is a very comfortable place and a lovely location. The house is very open in front and back with large glass sliding doors very nice. It is also equipped well for cooking. Petros was very gracious. He met Us and allowed Us an early check in as well.

We have just returned from an idyllic holiday at the Barbati Beach Art House on Corfu. We cannot thank Petros and Vavara enough for being such kind and thoughtful hosts. This beautiful apartment is in a quiet, leafy area but is very close to the beach, tavernas and shops and to the bus stops making island exploration easy and inexpensive. A highlight for us was watching the sunrises from our terrace. At the rear of the apartment is a high walled patio and hot outdoor shower where you can wake up with views of the mountain tops. Blissful. The fridge was stocked with essentials for our first night including a welcome plate of fruit. There was oil and jars of aromatic local herbs which helped make a delicious home meal or two during our stay. Petros welcomed us on arrival to advise on travel, restaurants, places to visit. It was one of our best holidays. We will be returning.”

We visited this cozy house again. The house is perfectly located: 3 minutes walk to the sea, at the same distance is a supermarket. The terrace is surrounded by beautiful olives. I liked the outdoor shower, as well as the fact that the 2 walls of the house are equipped with blinds that provide excellent ventilation and comfort even in hot weather. The wonderful hosts, Petros and Varvara, will warmly welcome you and quickly solve all possible problems.

Petros's place is one minute walking distance to the beach and 5-10 minutes walking disance to the all nice restaurants in Barbati. The location could not be more convenient. The house is designed and decorated with a great taste. It has two terraces both in the front and in the back. The back terrace has a private open air shower which is a great touch to the house. Petros is a great host. He provided us extra towels for beach and the bathroom. Also there were welcome treats in the fridge like some fruit, jams and water. I highly recommend Petros's place to the people visiting Barbati.

We had a wonderful stay at Petros Art House in Barbati and only wished we had booked for longer. Just perfect for beach and restaurants both on the beach and on the road. Fabulous house with fantastic patio and a great outdoor shower area which came in very handy. Met us a planned on arrival and gave some extra special touched like breakfast, drinks and shampoos in the bathroom. Good aircon too. Will return.... thanks so much.

What a great apartment! Will definitely be staying again!

This was my first time in Corfu, and I wasn’t sure what I was going to find. The apartment is really cute, well thought out and designed. I stayed by myself and think it was ample space for two, but a real squeeze for any more than that. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room though small was perfectly formed with a good hot shower! I loved the two outdoor spaces and a little courtyard off the bedroom with an outdoor shower. There was a good flow of air through the apartment which created a lovely breeze and the windows push right back into the wall to make the whole apartment feel open and spacious. There are ample sockets and reasonable WiFi. The kitchen is basic but modern and well equipped and easy to rustle up a light meal. The apartment is in a complex of other apartments cheek by jowl but is pretty and very private. If you arrive after dark, the signage or lighting on the path to the apartment isn’t particularly great. If you park in the allocated bay, keep the low wall to your right and head towards the run of steps at the end of the car park. Walk up these and turn left. Follow the up and down path, past the large olive tree, then the apartment is down a short steep flight of steps to your left. You’ll recognise it from the photo. If I come again, I’ll leave my suitcase at the bottom of the steps at the end of the car park, open up the apartment, open the patio doors and walk straight down to the car park to lug my stuff. It’s quite mosquitoey in Corfu so come prepared with plug in deterrents. Those worked brilliantly with windows open and shutters pulled across to create a breeze. Follow your nose for the beach... if you walk down to the beach and turn left, the Nautilus Beach bar has sun loungers and a lovely pool, which are free ( certainly at this time of year) and the food is tasty when eaten sitting at a table in the shade of the olive trees and wisteria. I really enjoyed my stay in Olga’s Studio, and was looked after very well. Car hire was arranged by the same company that look after the apartment, and everything was made very easy. I’d recommend a car- Corfu is a beautiful place, taxis are expensive and the car made cheap flights viable. All in all, a fabulous time and I already am thinking about coming back.

Reactivity and professionalism of the agency that can even charge this from your rental car (which if you have a concern the professionalism of the renter is exceptional, by experience) Very quiet location but we were early May! Great place to stay! Very nice beautiful and clean beach with restaurants and shops just minutes away. Sofronios is a top host. Communicative, friendly and does care about his guests. Gave us many tips and advices. Top man! the apartment is situated near Barbati beach (1 minute away), local shops and restaurants. It's very clean, stylish and has everything you need for a good holiday. Just amazing! And yes, you can even rent a car from the host which is very convenient!

Great place just by the most beautiful beach in Corfu. A really cool clean studio - private and perfect for a couple. A friendly cleaning personell let us in. A parking space is provided and if you don't have a car or scooter, the beach is right down the street with restaurants (e.g. Sea Shell something where you can rent a sun-bed), and there is a bus-stop if you want to go somewhere else. Close by there is a small grocery store that has all you need called Nicolas. Very friendly people in Greece. We loved it. Thanks!

Apartment 100 meters from the sea and convenient for any movement on the island. Furnished in modern style, very comfortable with outdoor spaces to relax. Ideal for two people! Found clean and in the days of stay we were asked several times if everything was fine, as the availability in the check-in was very welcome! Nice stay!

Beautiful accommodation, especially the outdoor area with pool, chairs and table. Only a few steps to the sea and the village, where you can also eat delicious. Quiet location with lots of privacy. We were there with our two children and would recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful time at this villa! We were a group of 4 adults and the space was very comfortable for our needs. The outdoor entertaining area and pool are especially awesome. We practically lived outside because it was such a great space. The area is great, barbati beach is beautiful and there are many fantastic tavernas close by. A Highlight was Taverna Glyfa, if you call the restaurant they will send a boat to pick you up from the beach to take you to dinner and back, so fun and beautiful food and location. We will be back!

The Beach Villa Blue was absolutely ideal for us. We rented a car from the airport, which is recommended and allowed us the flexibility to come and go as we please. The pool area was fantastic and very private, excellent for relaxing during the day and dining in the evening with help from the well equipped barbecue! The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering.

The House ist very very Nice! We were 6 People and two habe to sleep at the Couch which is Not very confortable- Bit the Pool and Garden and the ihrer rooms were so lovely! The answers came very fast and we can recommend the House !:)

We had such a great time in Corfu that my son called the entire holiday My Corfu Dream (the name on the flat's wall). The flat was fantastic, nice clean rooms, a comfortable living room and a large balcony with a nice dinner table. The place was literally 4 minutes on foot from the beach. The beach itself was amazing. Super clear water, lots of fish of all sizes and colours. several cafes on the beach as well with long chairs and parasols. The only regret is that some were closed or had limited choices as October is already offseason. We also had several goes on the jetski. Real fun, but don't forget your aqua shoes as it is a pebbles beach and not a sand one. Highly recommended.

What can we say ! What a great find , the apartment is spotless , and has everything you need from high end shampoos and shower gels to beach towels & Netflix! The balcony always has sun somewhere at all times of the day with comfy chairs one end and table and chairs the other. The views are stunning and the location ideal. The beach is a short walk away with loungers at €3 each for the day, enough tavernas and the great 7 Sins bar for pre and apres dinner cocktails! Spiros is charm personified and Katerina just delightful they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating allowing us early access to the apartment and on hand if we needed anything . We will without doubt return here again.

Chris’s apartment is as you see in the pictures. Barbati is a great location with lots of places to eat, sun loungers €6 for 2 for a day ion the beach. We took a boat for the day too. A thoroughly enjoyable week spent in Corfu based at the ideal apartment.

It’s close to Corfu Town and relatively close to other attractions as well. It has supermarkets, restaurants, and a lovely view. I would love to come back!

We were very happy with our stay, we would recommend it and would back ourselves. The place was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our little baby's needs too. The swimming pool provided a great alternative to going to the beach, which was only a few minutes walk anyway! A great place for young families, I'd say!

Had a superb stay. Could not fault the accommodation. Views from the balcony are absolutely lovely. Beds are very comfortable. The contact with the host when on site was superb. Shower was excellent and no problem with hot water at all. The pool is a minutes walk and was never packed. The beach was lovely but found another beach about a 10 minute walk away past the water sport centre that was mostly empty and stunning. Brilliant for snorkelling. Restaurants were lovely and reasonably priced. Would definitely return Thank you

Beautiful, calm and relaxing place. Very nice seaview with olive trees, figs and singing cicadas all around. Nisaki is a small village located at about 45 minutes from the city of Corfou. A good place to discover the Island.

Very pleasant stay at Villa Stefanos. Nice and quiet area, great view at the mountains and nice pool. Beaches not far away. Very good communication with Aleka, everything was made perfectly clear before we arrived. Happy to have chosen it to stay for a week.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa is modest but lovely. The garden, olive grove and pool were stunning. We were lucky enough to have the pool all to ourselves the whole week. The balcony is lovely too. The stretch of road to the nearest beach is only short but there is no pavement for the first bit. Glyfa restaurant/bar and beach are only 2 minutes away. The walk into barbatti is only around 20 minutes so very easy to walk in for food and drinks. We rented a car and went to visit some other local beaches nearby. Lovely time!

The apartments are cared for and put you immediately at ease. There was absolutely nothing in 4, we had everything at our fingertips. The indoor pool was always clean and very pretty. The location of the villa has allowed us to visit almost all the neighboring beaches and has allowed us to spend a holiday in peace and tranquility because it is surrounded by greenery. The owner turned out to be very kind and hospitable as it has immediately welcomed us with kindness and has responded fully and quickly to our requests coming to meet us especially on the day of our check out allowing us to leave home in the evening having the ferry back at midnight. I highly recommend a stay at this property. We will come back willingly.

Fantastic location. Bungalow had what you needed. Pool was brilliant. Not crowded at all, had place mostly to ourselves. The children’s pool was perfect for my 4 year old. Quiet, set in lovely gardens with easy access to a little beach and sea side taverna. Hosts communicated well, checking we were ok. Directly opposite the taverna glyfa where you can sit on the beach with a glass of wine watching the sun go down. Would definitely recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aleka's place. The house is small but very clean and all basic amenities are present. Mid-stay cleaning and fresh towels very much appreciated! The terrace is large and shady. The pool is large, clean, and peaceful with always a bit of shade if you want to get out of the sun. My 4-year old son loved the small pool! We had a lovely stay, thank you!

Nice apartment near the beach. Parking is possible at the building. A small patio to the backyard is available for breakfast. The view is towards the mountains. Unfortunately we had problems with the wifi. The equipment was great for self-catering. Spices, kitchen and toilet paper we had to get ourselves, but no problem. Check in went smoothly.

Thank you for the nice accommodation. The place was super small, but totally great, to rest. Very beautiful bay for swimming, at 24 degrees sun in mid-October really pleasant. Incidentally, everything went well without a car - the A4 line goes directly from the airport to the bay. In the mild temperatures, the descent to the apartment or ascent to the street was quite easy to handle. With the cheap, regular buses excursions were possible. The apartment was functional, the kitchen fully equipped and the week of my stay was twice cleaned. The Wi-Fi was not good, was in the spirit of relaxation but also right. The place and the accommodation I would definitely recommend.

We had a great holiday and the accommodation was perfect! Everything was available in the apartment, it was clean and it was even once during our stay by a cleaner cleaned. The location is gorgeous and you have your own beach right outside the door. Although it is a bit out of the way and you need a rental car, but I would recommend it on the island anyway. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

What a lovely Corfu beach holiday! The villa was small but clean and steps from the pebble beach. (The only downside is that the WiFi was spotty.) Kaminaki feels almost like a private beach, and the food and hospitality at Spiro's Taverna was authentically (and deliciously) Greek. It is located at the bottom of a very steep hill and is fairly isolated - about an hour away from Old Town Corfu - which is exactly what we were looking for. So, if you want to explore the island, I would recommend renting a car. There is a bus stop at the top of the hill, and the bus goes from Corfu to Kassiopi, but a car would be more convenient. Or you could rent a boat from Dmitri at Kaminaki and spend the day cruising along the coast, exploring all the inlets and coves.

The location could not be more perfect, a lovely little place right next to the beach. It is such a relaxed area and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. The clear directions were also very helpful and communication always good, even if we never met in person. Just a couple of things that might be useful to know - there aren’t many places to park and it gets busy during the day as people come to the beach, so be aware if you go for a drive you might not get a spot when you return. The WiFi is also very weak and we didn’t get signal most of the time, which was fine as we didn’t need it. Would definitely recommend this place and love to go back again one day!

Lovely apartment, quiet place very close to the beach.

Alemar house is up a series of steps from the road and has a spectacular view over Barbati beach and out to sea. It is a comfortable, clean, modern and well-equipped base from which to explore Corfu. It's half an hour by car to Corfu Town and well placed for exploring the pebble beaches and coves on the north east coast of the island. And about 50 minutes drive to the sandy beaches on the west coast. If you like walking, there are some delightful coastal paths and the Corfu trail is nearby. Dinos was a kind and attentive host, with plenty of tips on where to go, what to see and where to eat good local food.

Dinos welcomed us warmly in Ipsos, then we drove to his apartment in Barbati. Since we arrived late in the evening, he has provided juice, water, fruit and something sweet for us. The apartment is exactly as described, well equipped and clean. In addition, it was cleaned after three days and fresh towels provided. We enjoyed it very much and recommend the property.

I traveled to Dino's place with my family, my wife and two kids and his place seemed to be perfect for us. The view from the house, the location, Barbati beach and of course the host was just perfect. Dino was always there for anything we needed. I highly recommend Dino's place and If I ever travel to Corfu again it'd be my first choice.

We had a very pleasant stay in Barbati. Dinos is very available and good advice. The apartment located 150m from the beach offers a wonderful panorama of the sea.

Dinos is a very warm and nice host who picked me only once from the airport, got me a car and gave a lot of tips. I was alone in the beautifully situated house, therefore, had ample space and the view is really overwhelming. Mosquito repellent, however, is recommended.

The best thing- location and the best of the best things- Nissaki Beach is very near Apartment, it's fantastic in early morning, then there are no crowds of people...get up little bit earlier and enjoy swimming! Apartment have a parking place, it's beside main road with beautiful views, the Supermarket is below the balcony and it's easy to travel with your car around all island from this place.

I traveled with my sister and we thought is a great place for the value. Place is very clean and in a good location-especially if you take the bus. Check in was very easy. You have family member taking you to apartment above the Supermarket. Family owns the supermarket and is convenient to pick some basic food and coffee for breakfast. We did not cook but you can order fresh fish or meat at the market. Street noise was not an issue at all. We wanted to stay at the beach a bit longer- so the family stores our luggage in the office for us. I highly recommend the place and would stay there if came back.

Perfect apartment

We highly recommend Spiros' studio. After a not so good stay in Thessaloniki a few years ago we avoid using Airbnb but decided to give it ago one more time. A decision we didn't regret. The studio is well equipped. All you might need is in there for you. Stunning views from the balcony. We had to adjust the dates for our stay due to work commitments and Spiros was kind enough to do so for us. No request is too much for him and his lovely family always polite and smiling. The cleaning lady did a fantastic job, we were pleasantly surprised to have the studio cleaned and towels changed every two days. Stunning views from the balcony. It was great to have a well-stocked supermarket, ATM and hire car next door. Absolutely delightful stay for us.

A magnificent accommodation! An incredible view! A perfect stay! It was heavenly and we loved the small beach next door (one of the most beautiful of the island in our eyes) and really not far from the accommodation! Spiros is great and listening! We stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful apartment of Aggela. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped. The air conditioning in the different areas worked very well! The windows and balcony / bedroom doors were also equipped with shutters and mosquito nets, very nice! Not only did we have a nice balcony, but we also had a terrace at the back, where it was wonderful to be in the morning and afternoon. Incidentally, the guests on the floor above us did not have an extra terrace (at least as far as I could see). Aggela itself is very friendly. We were allowed in the apartment before and she cleaned the apartment a number of times during our stay and provided us with fresh towels. From the apartment you could walk to the beautiful beach of Barbati in 5 minutes (the way back you had to walk up a fairly steep slope). You will find several restaurants and shops within a stone's throw of the apartment. We have tried a number of restaurants and were not disappointed anywhere. Great food and very friendly service (without being over the top). For us, Barbati is the best place to be in Corfu and the Aggela apartment is an excellent choice!

Aggela was very welcome, despite our late arrival time. The apartment perfectly matches its description and is very clean. We enjoyed the air conditioning in every room. This apartment has everything what a person needs. Comfortable furnished, beautifull sea view from the balcony, lovely garden, close distance to a very nice beach of Barmati. It was very clean and we enjoyed a great hospitality of Nikolas and Sonya. Nikolas has waited for us after the midnight when our plane was late and he was very patient even he had to be tired. We would love to come again in the future.

Highly recommend! Very happy. Nice small functional appartment. 2 minutes walking from Barbati beach (A stone beach) with many bars-restaurants and subbed, umbrella and boat rental places. The pictures are accurate. Very cleaned upon check-in and cleaned twice a week with towels and bed sheets also changed. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication with Chris was very easy and quick. Check-in was perfect and Christ gave us many tips and suggestions for sightseeing. Had a problem with a coffee machine and it was replaced immediately. Two mini markets at less than 5 minute walk.

We had a great stay at Chris' apartment - very easy to find and perfect location from the beautiful Barbati Beach (a 2 minute walk) and Corfu in general. The apartment is as described in the photos and very comfortable for four adults. Would recommend to others.

Lovely place with great views over the bay. Two supermarkets within a two minute walk, great croissants at the supermarket to the right of the apartment as you are looking at the sea. Restaurant a couple of minutes walk away, La Piaza was great and the best value for money, Lord Byron was also great.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is perfect, comfortable and with amazing views. The beach is a short walk, and other amenities are close. It was a terrific base for exploring the rest for the island.

This apartment supplies a great basic base for exploring the North of Corfu and it’s wonderful beaches and fantastic restaurants. Alexa provides great service, with speedy response to queries and well maintained bungalows and lovely gardens. The pool was an absolute gem for our visit as it was so fantastically hot during our stay. Hope to return another time!

Nice quiet and well-kept area. You can make very relaxed holiday, the apartments are nice spacious and well furnished. Thanks to air conditioning in the summer pleasant. Nice was the large terrace overlooking the garden and between the shady olive trees through the sea. The pool is big, clean and you usually have it for yourself. He is often cleaned and is in perfect condition. We had a rental car all the time, so we were only two times at Barbati beach nearby. For beach visits in the upper part of the island, the location is central enough to reach most places in 45 minutes. Not so ideal on foot or by bus as shops and bars are a bit far away. All in all, a nice holiday we will like to think back.

Filippos's place is in a perfect location for an easy holiday, close to the beach and good local restaurants, and opposite a supermarket for essentials. The place is simple but with an excellent terrace with beautiful views. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good no-frills holiday for 2/3 people.

We rested here in August 2019. We spent an amazing vacation here. In my opinion, good value for money. Location: downtown Barbadi. The apartments are located almost at the very top from where a stunning view of the sea opens. Barbadi really liked the clean and warm water, the pebble beach (not for everybody), the people are not very many. To the sea 3 min. Down the road, back 10 min. heavy but not deadly. Nearby, the store is open from 8 am to 23 pm. The complex has its own parking, swimming pool (cleaned every morning), washing machine. What I liked - cleaning every 3 days + change of towels. The hosts are very responsive, allowed late check-out, quickly resolved everyday issues. The apartments themselves, of course, do not match the photos, everything is old, the toilet bath is small, the shower flows through the curtain, everything is wet, it was not convenient to cook on the electric stove. But if you are looking for a 3-4-star hotel for the money, then you are not here. We knew in advance about all these nuances, and even with small children it did not bother us. We left in the morning and arrived in the evening only for dinner and sleep. The most IMPORTANT that is in the room is a HUGE TERRACE with a stunning view, and it covers all the flaws. The air conditioner worked properly. I recommend to everyone who does not bother with a luxury apartment and is looking for practicality and for affordable money. Thanks to the hosts for the hospitality !!!

Schön war es! Wir sind 11 Tage lang zu der (unserer Meinung nach) besten Aussicht in Corfu aufgewacht. Auf dem riesigen Balkon kann man perfekt frühstücken und abends gemütlich einen Weinchen trinken. Sonnen, natürlich, auch. Das Haus ist nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und umgeben von tropischen Pflanzen UND hat eine Snack Bar und einen Pool. Also wirklich paradiesisch. :) Geschäfte (Lebensmittel und Urlaubssachen) sowie gute Restaurants findet man auch (Dyonisos war am Ende der Gewinner) entlang der Strasse, in der man wohnt. Alle haben einen Meerblick. Bootsvermietung gibt es auch (auch ohne Führerschein, es wird vor Ort alles erklärt) - wir haben sehr schöne Fotos von der Küste gemacht. Versucht auch, etwas Fischfutter mitzubringen und irgendwann unterwegs ins Wasser zu schmeissen. Uns sind ein Paar Brötchenkrümmel zufällig ins Wasser gefallen ... nach wenigen Sekunden hörten wir ein lautes Platschen - das Stückchen wurde von einem grossen Fisch vernascht! Und er hatte Freunde dabei! :)) Die Zimmer (wir hatten A1) hatten alles, was man braucht und die freundliche Putzfee kommt jeden Tag, wobei wir sie auch manchmal gebeten haben, einen Tag auszulassen, wenn wir nur faul im Zimmer bleiben wollten. Apropos Gastfreundlichkeit: als wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen, wartete auf uns eine Flasche Wasser und Saft im Kühlschrank. Hat uns sehr gefreut. Barbati ist schön und friedlich. Die Familie, die sich um alles kümmert hat uns sehr warm empfangen und für mich war noch wichtig, dass es freundliche Katzen hier und da gab, die unsere Spaziergänge noch schöner machten. <3 Wir werden DEFINITIV wieder kommen und bedanken uns ganz ganz herzlich für alles! Pro Tipp: auch im September war das Wetter tipp-topp! Jeden Tag ins Meer springen und sonnen war drin ABER weniger Touristen! Also auf jeden Fall auch off-season buchen. :) (ENGLISH) Amazing place! We spent 11 days waking up to the best view in Corfu. The huge balcony was just perfect for eating breakfast or drinking a glass of wine at night. The house is very close to water (ca. 5 Minutes away) and is surrounded by tropical plants and has a big pool and a snack bar! It really lives up to its name. :) Shops and very good restaurants (we highly recommend Dyonisos) are also a very short walk away. You can even rent a boat for a day, right there at the beach. The rooms have everything you might need (we found juice and water in the fridge, when we arrived late at night, so thoughtful ...) and the friendly cleaning lady comes daily or, if you ask, she can skip a day if you just want to stay in your room and relax. Barbati is very green and peaceful, the family that owns the place treated us like friends and we also met a couple of adorable stray cats during our walks. All in all, we are 100% going to come back! Thank you so much! :) PS Pro tipp: the weather in September was still AMAZING and you have less tourists around you !! :)) (RUSSIAN) Since our family is multilingual, I would like to share my impressions in Russian. :) It was very cool. 11 days to wake up and see the sea, mountains, the beach, the horizon and the beautiful city - this is something. The best view of Corfu in our humble opinion. Around the house: half a botanical garden. And olives and pomegranates and figs and bananas. Plus a pool and snack bar. The balcony is large, there are couches and a table and chairs. We really enjoyed having breakfast outdoors, and in the evening, after a hard day at the beach ...;) drink wine and just enjoy this view. Shops (and food and everything else) and restaurants (Dionysos is the most delicious), all on one street and a couple of minutes walk. On the beach you could still rent a boat for the day. We highly recommend it. By the way, try taking fish food with you. We have a piece of bread accidentally fell into the water. A couple of seconds later we already heard a loud PLUSH - a fish liked a piece - its many friends seemed to be too ... :)) The family that runs everything accepted us as friends. We were especially pleased that when we arrived late at night, we were not only met in person at the hotel, there was water and juice in the fridge - after a day on the road and without the opportunity to go and buy some food, it was just wonderful. A cleaning lady came every day, but sometimes we were lazy and asked her to come in a day - no problem at all, good woman! Barbati is a calm, beautiful and generally pleasant city. While walking, we met and friendly cats outside - as for me, so an absolute plus! We will return - 100%. Life hack: in September the weather was - top. And in the water and sunbathing and few tourists. Give it a try. :)

Paradise apartments is in the perfect location for the beach, as well as having plenty of restaurant choices a very close walking distance, and a shop across the road. We were absolutely amazed by the view from our balcony! It was truly incredible. Filippo's and his family all lovely hosts. Inside the apartment was clean. It was basic, but we were happy with it, and good value for money. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Barbati itself is a beautiful place. You can easily rent scooters and cars from Barbati if you want to venture around. And there are buses into Corfu town. We also rented a speed boat for the day, with Spiro's, who you will find situated in the middle of the beach. Highly recommend! Also, a 2 min walk from paradise apartments is a cocktail bar called '7 Sins', excellent service and very tasty cocktails!

Great location, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Didn’t have toaster or kettle in the kitchen but the hosts sorted that out when we asked. They were very helpful and were always close by if we needed them. There’s a shop and bakery right outside of the apartments which was great. Walk to the beach takes less than 5 mins and there’s good bars that serve nice food too.

Georgia and her team have been the perfect hosts! Always responsive, always helpful, uncomplicated and friendly. The complex is located in a quiet area - despite other hotels in the immediate vicinity - on a hillside. The small but nice pool area has a beautiful view of the sea, which is also only 10 minutes walk away. The apartments are large enough, as you spend most of your time outside anyway. The kitchen is equipped for small, simple dishes and breakfast. The rooms are clean and simply but chicly furnished and also offer a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast is a good, simple mixture of continental, English and Greek cuisine. What is great is that a small very well equipped supermarket is directly connected to the complex. Those who prefer to go to the beach instead of the pool will find a beautiful beach (pebble not sand) with wonderful clear water within walking distance. In the closer surroundings there are many nice restaurants from a simple tavern up to some upscale Greek cuisine. We tried 4 different ones, everywhere food and service were very good. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can definitely recommend the Locanda Barbarti.

The apartment complex is located on the slope of the mountain Pantokrator and offers a wonderful view of the bay. Sitting on the balcony, gazing at the sea, the mainland and Corfu town is incredibly beautiful. From the nicely furnished apartment to the main street Barbatis, where many good tavernas rank, it is about 7 minutes on foot. (Our personal tip: Lord Byron.) Before the peak season, so before May, there is no breakfast at the pool bar, but relaxed by the pool, you can still. We were happy about Georgia's little Easter gift and her advice to go to the island capital on Easter Sunday (preferably by bus) to witness the Easter spectacle there. Our stay was perfect !!!

Communication with Katerina was very easy and great! This is a studio with a stunning view! Was a nice surprise to discover two bottles of water and orange juice in the fridge in the studio. Very quiet and green area. And that gives you energy and a sense of happiness! There is a pool and this was nice. The beach is fantastic. Small tips for other guests to do shopping in Ipsos or Dassia. In Barbati the prices are much more expensive. We hope to come back.

Katerina’s apartments are very nicely placed overlooking the beautiful Barbati bay. They are right next door to a great taverna and opposite a very nice bakery and overall are extremely well placed to enjoy everything about Barbati. The swimming pool is very clean and an added bonus for days you want to avoid the beach crowds. The apartments were suitable for families and young adults alike, and overall had a relaxed vibe throughout. A very nice touch was coming back every so often and finding the bins cleaned and our room tidy! Wifi was spotty on the balcony but good when situated in the rooms. We had a great time!

I spent a week at Katerina's place Margarita Apartments&Studios in Barbati in June 2019. Katerina's place is very conveniently located. The bus stops, the supermarket, the bakery, and restaurants are located nearby. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. The communication with Katerina was always successful and she answered my questions eargerly and without unnecessary delay. She offers use of the living room and the kitchen, which I used sometimes for cooking my breakfast and light dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay in Corfu.

The appartments are located just near everything you need! a very nice bakery is accross the road, the beach is literally in 3-5min distance, bus stop is 2min walk, that was essential for me as I planned my holiday considering public transport. Katerina was really helpful, gave me advice on some of my trips around Corfu, even though we communicated via chat only, it was not a problem at all - she was responsive and get back to me within an hour. in addition, for everyone who is still hesitating about the place - Barbati beach is just aawesome! travelling around Corfu, all other beaches looked either too narrow or too crowded or did not have those amazing views as Barbati. Also, Piedra del mar restaurant is a must visit - from all cafes and tavernas it was the best in Corfu in my view. I'm just happy that have chosen that place for my vacation.

The terrase is amazing, morning waves sounds and sea view is fantastic mind therapy - perfect place for coffee and relaxing. Very close to the beach (1min) and main road. Market is close, too, as well as some nice beach restaurant. Host is at disposal, towels are changed after 3 days, a lot of amenities. Wifi is not usable upstairs, just downstairs, grate thing is two bathrooms (not so ample). Dishwasher is cramped, but total impression is above expectations.
