Our 7 completely new gîtes are located in a former farmhouse in the province of Auvergne. The Department is the Puy-de Dome. 800 km away from Eindhoven, 350 km below Paris and 55 kilometers above Clermont-Ferrand. Easy to reach in 8 travel hours from Eindhoven via highway. Also ideal as a stopover for a trip further south. The spacious gîtes (75m2) have a living room, open kitchen with fridge and 4-burner gas hob, 1 or 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The gîtes have French doors to the large terrace with great views of our valley and the Puy-de-Dome mountain. On a clear day, you can see at least 100 km away. The terrace faces the south, which means many hours of sun so you can enjoy the morning sun but also have a drink late in the afternoon with a nice snack and a drink. Our gîtes are located in a rural setting on the outskirts of the Massive Central Station. You can enjoy the beautiful nature, swim in the river Sioule or one of the many lakes nearby. Discover the wooded and hilly surroundings. The ideal environment when you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Do you like long or short walks, bike/mountain bike tours, beautiful motorcycle tours on both paved and unpaved terrain or fishing on still or flowing water? It is all possible and accessible within a short distance. You can also visit many French markets and brocantes nearby. The Auvergne is known for its many cheeses, the ancient volcanic mountains of which the Puy de Dome is the most famous, the many lakes and rivers. Of course, there are also many cities to discover. Vichy is one of the thermal cities in the Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand as capital, cradle of Michelin ties and with its famous cathedral, Montluçon with a weekly market in the medieval center. The medieval village of Charroux is also recommended, 1 of the 156 labeled 'most beautiful villages of France'. Bellenaves at 1.5 mile with all basic facilities and a train station. Building huts, canoeing, walking, cycling, swimming in the Gorges de la Sioule. It's all possible.

Charroux is ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, you will be staying in a 50 m2 apartment, in the heart of the historic center. Access by staircase dating from the 12th century. The studio is new, living room, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one for one person. Wifi sometimes delicate due to the situation of the village. Ideal for a single couple with a child or another adult. This apartment is fully equipped. The Cour des Dames will be accessible if you want to enjoy the outdoors.
